Marshall Choy is the Director of Systems Solutions at Oracle. Based in Santa Clara, California, Mr. Choy's organization is responsible for developing comprehensive end-to-end hardware/software solutions that enable Oracle's customers to solve their most challenging business problems while delivering greater performance, availability, security, and manageability.

Most recently at Oracle, Mr. Choy brought Oracle Optimized Solutions to market, delivering compelling and differentiated value for Oracle's customers through the integration of Oracle's complete stack of hardware and software.

Prior to joining Oracle as part of the acquisition of Sun Microsystems in January 2010, Mr. Choy was Director of Engineered Solutions at Sun. During his 11 years at that company, Mr. Choy also held various positions in development, IT, and marketing.

Adriana Rangel is in charge of the Systems & Infrastructure Solutions Department at IDC MEA & Turkey, including all syndicated research, market intelligence projects, and business development for this area throughout the region.

Rangel has worked in the IT Industry for over 19 years, most of them in large well-known technology corporations, where she has been involved in projects in areas spanning telecommunications, software, services, and the entire landscape of IT infrastructure, including storage, servers, and networks. She has been working as a marketing and business unit director in the region for almost eight years, during which time she has been in close contact with all the major companies based in MEA and Turkey. In the past few years, Rangel has worked in both EMEA and global positions running strategic and product marketing for a large North American IT corporation, which has helped her understand the region within a larger geographic context. Rangel had also a brief career in academia as a business school professor, teaching marketing management and business strategy subjects for BA degree candidates at the Higher Colleges of Technology in Dubai.

Adriana Rangel obtained her Executive MBA in 2002 and holds specialization degrees in project management (PMI certified) and marketing. She speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, and a little French.
