Alain Ozan is Vice President for the Technology business for Eastern Central Europe CIS & Middle-East and Africa (ECEMA region) responsible for driving the Oracle Exadata business since this product has been introduced by Oracle. Prior to take this responsibility Mr Ozan has been responsible for starting up the Oracle Fusion Middleware business in Eastern Europe Countries including Russia and Turkey.In his present position he is based in Geneva reporting to Alfonso Di Ianni, Regional Senior Vice President for the ECEMEA region and is a member of the ECEMEA regional board.
Mr.Ozan joined Oracle in 1994, and has held various management positions in Oracle Europe, Middle East & Africa in the divisions of Consulting, Presales and Marketing.Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Ozan spent 10 years at Digital Equipment Corporation as software engineer in software development in France and at the Digital Central Engineering Group in Nashua, USA.
Mr. Ozan holds a Ph.D. in Urban Planning from Paris I University, a Certificate in Industrial Computing from Paris VI University, and a Certificate of Management and Administration from the Harvard Extension School.
Martin WinklerMartin Winkler

Martin Winkler, a distinct expert in IT-Technology and the Austrian IT-Market, joined Oracle Austria GmbH in September 2007 as Sales Director Technology Solutions and as a Member of the Country Leadership Team. In July 2009 Martin Winkler took over the position of Managing Director of Oracle Austria.
After graduating from the Montan-University in Leoben Martin Winkler started his career at IBM, were he held many different positions in Sales and Sales & Consulting Management over his 15 years employment at IBM. He then joined Xerox Austria as Director Global Services Austria + Switzerland for 2.5 years. In September 2007 Martin Winkler joined Oracle Austria GmbH where he’s still employed.
Martin Winkler is 49 years old, married, has two children and is a passionate tennis player.

Title of the “Modern Datacenter” Track Keynote: Business Optimization with Oracle Systems
Steve Furniss joined Oracle in March 2010 at the position of the Vice President for Storage Solutions Sales in Europe, Middle East and Africa, which he kept till May 2012. In addition to this role, in July 2011 he has been asked to lead the Hardware Sales division for Eastern Europe and CIS (EECIS) region which currently remains Steve's main responsibility.

As a 13-year Sun veteran, Steve took over the leadership role as Vice Presidentfor the Eastern Mediterranean, Middle East and Africa region (EMMA) for SunMicrosystems in October of 2007, later renamed to SEE (Southern and EasternEMEA). Before assuming this role, he was EMEA's Chief of Operations for Sun'sGlobal Sales and Services organisation since July of 2006. Before taking onthe COO role, he led the EMEA Services Practice. During his time in thatposition, Steve delivered exceptional growth across the Region, transformingthe coverage model to ensure profitable growth in 2007 and beyond.Earlier in his Sun career, Steve headed up the team that architected Sun'sPartner Advantage program as VP of Sun Partner Strategy and Marketingwithin the Global Marketing organization, and also led Channel and EMM Salesin the Central and Northern European region (CNE).

In 1998, Steve relocated to California from England to create the GlobalStorage Sales team, which he was asked to establish after successfullybuilding up the UK Specialist Storage Sales force.

Before joining Sun, Steve had a successful 12 year career at IBM, performingmanagement, sales and development roles.

Steve, based in the UK, has a comprehensive background in business development, industry and product sales.
Rajan krishnanRajan Krishnan

Title of the “Empowering Modern Business” Track Keynote : Empowering Modern Business in the Cloud

Rajan Krishnan is Vice President, Applications Product Development and Product Management for Europe Middle East and Africa at Oracle Corporation. He is responsible for driving applications business growth in the region for Oracle’s applications across ERP, Supply Chain, Human Capital Management and Customer Relationship Management. As part of this role Rajan drives product positioning, new product introduction and regional requirements for application products.

Rajan has over 20 years’ experience in product development, product strategy, product management, marketing and sales across the Information Technology and pharmaceutical industries with leading companies such as Oracle, Siebel and GlaxoSmithKline.

Prior to taking on this role Rajan was the Vice President industry CRM product management covering multiple industries such as Telecommunications, Financial Services, Public Sector, Consumer Packaged Goods, Life Sciences, Hospitality and Utilities.

Over the last 11 years at Siebel / Oracle Rajan helped bring to market several innovative solutions such as SaaS industry CRM offerings, integrated analytics, and mobility solutions for a variety of industries.

Rajan graduated with a B. Pharm (Hons.) from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, India. He earned is post graduate diploma in international trade from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade New Delhi, India and an MBA from IMD, Switzerland.

Rajan joined Oracle as part of the acquisition of Siebel Systems, and is currently based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Kulvinder Hari, is Director of Product Management for Oracle’s Fusion Middleware Products. He is a Data Integration thought leader and has worked extensively in this area for the last 20yrs in areas such as: Sales, Consulting, Technical Enablement, Product Management and Product Marketing and brings industry knowledge coupled with solid customer experience.

At Oracle he works with customers at all levels providing a strategy, vision and roadmap for Oracle’s Middleware Technologies and acts as a primary interface into corporate engineering for Oracle’s Customers in EMEA

Title of the “Your Business, Your Way” Track Keynote: Your Cloud, Your Way

Rafal Szafulera is responsible for driving cloud strategy and building market awareness of the benefits of adopting Oracle Cloud Solutions. He is also working with customers to help them build their own cloud roadmap, cloud architecture and adopt cloud solutions. Rafal has more than 17 years of experience all of them in IT and communication vendors. Before Oracle, he was working as Cloud Leader in IBM Integrated Technology Services and was responsible for driving ITS cloud strategy and building market awareness for IBM cloud services (private, hosted and public). Previously has been responsible for IBM Tivoli solutions which are the core component in IBM portfolio for ITIL processes implementation and cloud management. Before joining IBM Rafal has been working for Cisco Systems , Sun Microsystems and Ericsson.

After BEA’s acquisition he joined Oracle’s regional forcesof the competency center in sales consulting organization. He was the main Oracle WebLogicspecialist in the region. In 2011 he decided to move to the Oracle’s development divisionwhere he holds a position of EMEA Product Manager for Cloud Application Foundation. Hefocuses on promoting internally and externally WebLogic Application Server, Java, OracleCoherence and Tuxedo.
