Keynote - Oracle Database Runs the Cloud
This keynote will introduce Oracle Database 12c and Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c and demonstrate why they are the ideal solutions to solve today’s new challenges.

Automating the processes to manage your databases
This session describes how the Database Lifecycle Management pack capabilities make DBA lives easier by providing a full-lifecycle solution encompassing discovery, provisioning, change management and configuration.

Setting up your database cloud and operating it as a service model
Cloud promises to drive significant value to the enterprise, but it also presents new management challenges. This session will show how the database cloud management pack delivers the capabilities needed to drive agility and efficiency to the enterprise.

Performing real-world testing of your databases
Testing and tuning are some of the most critical, yet challenging and time consuming activities needed when introducing a change. This session will show how Real Application Testing can be used to significantly reduce testing time and minimize business risks.

Where on the HA spectrum are your critical databases?
The need to deliver increasing levels of availability continues to accelerate. This session examines the factors that maximize data availability and data protection in an enterprise.

Where we think you should be
This session is focused on how to achieve maximum availability in line with the business requirements. The discussion introduces the five step program to MAA and highlights the different maturity tiers and their associated Oracle HA solutions.

Reducing both planned and unplanned downtime
This session will discuss why Real Application Clusters, Oracle Active Data Guard and GoldenGate are the recommended solutions to protect data against failures and disasters, and how they can be used to address various causes of unplanned downtime.
