OSPA’s Class Of program reinvents new hire training for the modern selling professional. Your initial training program consists of a multi-week, comprehensive Oracle sales training program, part of which is in California, where you will begin to learn consultative selling skills and Oracle solutions.



OSPA’s Class Of program reinvents new hire training for the modern selling professional. After your initial few weeks in your hub location, you will participate in a multi-week training program, alongside your peers in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Each week at OSPA focuses on a specific theme regarding your newly required skills, knowledge and behaviors. Experience a series of learning sessions, tests, activities and collaborative exercises designed to reinforce the theme and set you up on the path to becoming a successful Oracle sales professional.
New hires frequently shadow other experienced Oracle employees to get a smooth start. You will learn from the best sales professionals in the business, in ongoing formal training opportunities, from your team members, your managers and executives.
