At Solaris installation one can use a ITU image made available by Broadcom's driver download. One may also remove the existing bnx package after Solaris is installed and pkgadd Broadcom's driver.
The empty bnx package in the Solaris 10 08/07 OS has issues with ITU. How does one work around this?A:
Issue a pkgrm of the bnx package prior to using the ITU. A updated ITU image should be made available for download by Broadcom in the near future which addresses this issue.
