Remove unused reports from the repository. If you want to keep the unused reports for future use, store them in a separate folder and clearly indicate that the reports are not used in any dashboard.

Report Names

Do not use any special characters in the saved name of your query. In particular, do not use ampersands, semicolons, commas, slashes, plus and minus signs, or the symbols @, %, $, and *.

Important: Do not use presentation catalog aliases at all

When renaming presentation catalog objects do not select the "Preserve references to old name of this item" check box. Instead, fix all of the links in reports and dashboards to point to the updated new name.
