Managing customizations of enterprise applications has just gotten a whole lot easier with the release of Fusion Applications and Fusion Middleware. In this session, we will discuss the latest Fusion Middleware technology and tools that are designed to ease the complexity of customizing applications, and more importantly, how they do so in an upgrade-friendly manner. Participants will understand Oracle Metadata Services, which provides the engine to support these capabilities.

Annual Meeting with the goal of sharing new Fusion Middleware and SOA Features with OAUG Members as shared by Oracle Product leadership. This includes SOA Suite 11G including BPM Suite and latest product updates.

Ron Batra is the director of product development for AT&T. He is a Fusion User Experience Advocate for Oracle and is an Oracle ACE director. He has more than 15 years of experience with Oracle products and belongs to the Oracle Applications User Group (OAUG). He is chair of the Fusion Middleware Special Interest Group (SIG) for OAUG and has served as an Oracle Deputy CTO. He is a frequent speaker and presenter on Fusion Middleware and SOA, cloud computing, enterprise architecture, E-Business Suite and core database technologies.
