Joint OAUG/Quest Industrial Manufacturing Benchmarking Survey

This survey has been co-developed along with Mainstay Partners, a research firm with years of manufacturing experience and Oracle. The purpose of this survey is to provide each participant with a benchmark evaluation across many business functions and against other similar companies. Those functional areas for benchmarking include:  

• Manufacturing
• Supply Chain
• Procurement
• Product Innovation and Portfolio Management
• Customer Service and Repair
• Sales and Order Management
• Customer Support
• Finance
• Technology
• Human Resources

Participants can complete any or all areas of the survey and participation is free of charge. Access to the link is available at www.questdirect.org or www.oaug.org. Look for INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING BENCHMARK SURVEY on their home page - it will give you a direct link to the survey.

Once enough surveys have been completed and a critical mass of data exists, respondents will receive the results of their organization compared to other survey participants. All survey data will be kept confidential. Survey results can be aggregated and provided back to you in either a basic file format or through a custom report; the choice is yours.

Quest International and OAUG are pleased to offer this valuable service to the Industrial Manufacturing community. You do not have to be a member of a users group to participate in the survey!  

We strongly encourage you to participate in this exercise on a regular basis to measure not only your performance against your peers but also as a valuable tool to compare your organization's improvement over time.
