Oracle OpenWorld / Code One Update
One of the benefits of being an Oracle ACE is being provided with an Oracle OpenWorld conference pass. In June ACE Associates and ACEs will be asked to complete a survey to determine who will need a pass. ACE Directors will be contacted separately with information on conference passes and travel support, and will also be asked to complete a Briefing RSVP survey.

Self-Pay Hotel Block at the Hotel Abri
We have arranged for a limited number of hotel rooms for current Associates, ACEs and ACE Directors who will self-pay (meaning they will not receive travel support from the ACE Program). The cost is approximately $400 per night (taxes included). Rooms are available on a first-come, first serve basis for dates between Sept 13-19, and must be booked by August 9, 2019.

If you do not need a conference pass from the ACE Program, you can use the code immediately. However, if you need a conference pass, please wait to register for the conference and then enter your hotel booking code during conference registration.

The booking code for self-pay rooms is: GBAAbri19
(booking code is only for ACE program members and is non-transferable)

If you do not need a conference pass from the ACE Program, you can use the code immediately. However, if you need a conference pass, please wait to register for the conference and then enter your hotel booking code during conference registration.

Details for those that qualify for hotel support will be provided in a separate email.

Oracle ACE Director Briefing: Complete Survey by June 30
Please complete the survey by June 30th on who you would like to present and the topics you would like to be covered at the ACE Director Briefing at OpeWorld. The agenda last year was built entirely on the feedback received from the survey, so please make sure you complete it! We are planning (pending approvals) to provide two nights hotel support to Oracle ACE Directors who attend the entire ACE Director Briefing and volunteer in the Groundbreakers Hub.

ACE Director Travel Support
I will email the ACE Directors via the ACE Director email distribution list with travel support guidelines by June 1.
