| Change in ERP and SCM Cloud Enhancement Request Process |
After August 1, 2019, enhancement requests can no longer be submitted through My Oracle Support for ERP and SCM Cloud.

How to Get Started
|
If you have not created an Oracle account already, create one and badge yourself to your company ID.
- Navigate to OPN Cloud Connection Community
- Select Log In from the top right corner
- Select OPN as your primary community and save your changes
- Edit your profile, so the community knows who you are
- Click on the drop-down arrow beside your username at the top right corner of the page:
- Click "Edit Profile“
- Select the second tab “Your Profile”
- Ensure your default community is set to OPN
- Edit Display Name and email
- Scroll to bottom and hit Save
- Enter your profile information on this page and save
- You must logout and log back in to see update
