Starting on October 1, all the help you need - whether it’s an inquiry around the program details or a question on transacting with Oracle - is just a simple click away by going to the Oracle PartnerHelp online portal!

Key Highlights:
bullet Need a fast way to find information?  Just ask your question through the self-service search tool for suggested answers tailored to the most commonly asked questions
bullet Need additional assistance?  The form-based inquiry submission will automatically route your request into the hands of a knowledgeable Partner Assistance agent faster than ever!
bullet Need help even late at night?  Partner Assistance will be available 24x5, striving for 24 hour response time to even the most complex inquiries
bullet Need a way to manage your inquiries?  PartnerHelp portal provides the ability for you to manage your questions and view request histories
