As a commercially developed leader, Ryan has a track record in successfully transforming outdated technologies to new contemporary technology platforms. Patrik Bihammar is 13 year veteran with Microsoft, where he has held numerous roles across the UK, Europe and Asia. In his current role he is focused on helping customers run their strategic Oracle workloads on Azure, particularly centred around the new Oracle Database @ Azure strategic partnership and service. His aim is to empower customers in ANZ to transform and achieve more through digital and cloud transformation leveraging the Microsoft azure Cloud.

Wayne Goodall Vice President, Cloud Applications Development, JAPAC

Wayne is a trained management accountant that has wide experience within Oracle across many lines of business (Support, Consulting, Presales, Applications Architecture and Development) in Europe, US and JAPAC

24+ years of industry experience: All mainly with EBS and Fusion (ERP), 20 of which he worked for Oracle Corporation.

Competitor experience: Used SAP when he was in accounting for 5 years and had 3 years with an SAP partner mainly working with natural resource companies in Perth, Australia.

He has been part of the largest transformation projects across the JAPAC region as part of customer executive steering committees, leadership meetings or design reviews and is seen as a trusted advisor to both clients and partners.

Robert is a seasoned Executive and Partner with twenty years of expertise in guiding clients through significant digital business transformations. Robert is the National Australian Oracle Offering Leader and is the APAC Lead for Oracle Analytics & AI, with extensive experience delivering complex Business and Digital Transformation Programs.

Imtiaz is a senior executive and a leader with broad commercial experience in tier 1 consulting, industry, and universities. Over the past 20 years he has developed a track record for using technology to transform organisations and improve outcomes. Imtiaz commenced with Regis as CIO in October 2020.

Imtiaz is known for identifying and building high performing teams that deliver great ideas and consistent results, while also having fun and enjoying the journey.

Stephen has more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry across a wide range of roles, functions, and marketing segments. Most recently, he was at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he was vice president and managing director of the South Pacific region. Prior to that, he was based in Singapore leading HP’s Enterprise Group sales account management team for Asia Pacific, whose portfolio included hardware, services, and software.

Franco Ucci

During his career, Simon has been both a senior leader and practitioner in global technology firms such as IBM, Microsoft, Oracle and Accenture. He built and managed teams responsible for developing strategic solutions and transformations for clients to address their business problems and to support future growth.

Simon also provides strategic thought leadership by understanding the user experience and cultural change of large IT transformations.

Gareth Clayton Director of AI, Cloud Platform, Oracle

Gareth Clayton is an accomplished technology leader with a rich background in AI, data analytics, and cloud computing. Currently serving as the AI Specialist Director for Oracle ANZ, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the AI landscape across the region. His primary focus is on enhancing Oracle’s local AI capabilities and refining the go-to-market strategy. Gareth is particularly passionate about integrating AI into critical business processes for clients and quantifying the financial impact of these transformative initiatives.

Beyond strategy, Gareth champions efficiency improvements across people, processes, and technologies within the AI ecosystem. His commitment extends to optimizing the entire AI landscape, ensuring better outcomes through streamlined operations.

Before joining Oracle, Gareth spent significant time at Microsoft and KPMG where he made substantial contributions. At Microsoft, he advised clients on various AI initiatives, including clinical encoding for health providers, implementing Industry 5.0 for manufacturing clients, enhancing mining operations through AI and IoT, and implementing generative AI to improve both customer experience and back-office efficiency.

During his tenure at KPMG, Gareth facilitated the development of KPMG SaaS offerings based on the firm’s analytics and ML IP, co-authored an options paper for the Victorian Energy Strategy, led digital and data strategy reviews, and led the analytics stream of a digital customer experience strategy for an electricity retailer.

Additionally, Gareth’s time at the SAS Institute involved advising customers on maximizing business value from AI/ML investments. He refined retail risk modelling efficiency and facilitated Business Value seminars across Australia and New Zealand.

Gareth has been a guest lecturer at La Trobe and Victoria Universities on the practical application of ML in a business context. He also sat on the RMIT University Mathematics and Statistics Program Advisory Committee. Gareth built his first Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) Neural Network to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns back in 2001 and has been fascinated with AI ever since. Gareth’s journey reflects a commitment to driving impactful AI solutions, fostering efficiency, and contributing to the broader success of this clients.
