Russell Brewer
Russell Brewer Associate Professor of Criminology, University of Adelaide

Russell Brewer (Ph.D.) is an Associate Professor of Criminology at the University of Adelaide and leads the Adelaide Cybercrime Laboratory ( Russell leads a number of Commonwealth-funded projects that are designed to improve our understanding of the causes, prevention and policing of cybercrime. This work focuses on both the technological and human factors of cybercrime – identifying the risk factors associated with (cyber)criminality, as well as working directly with law enforcement to develop automated software tools to detect and identify perpetrators of cybercrime. Russell has published his research findings through several leading publication outlets, holds multiple nationally competitive grants, and has been called upon by Government Agencies both domestically and abroad to advise on policy.

Robert Loughane Partner, National Oracle Lead, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu

Robert is a seasoned Executive and Partner with twenty years of expertise in guiding clients through significant digital business transformations. Robert is the National Australian Oracle Offering Leader and is the APAC Lead for Oracle Analytics & AI, with extensive experience delivering complex Business and Digital Transformation Programs.

Robert brings a wealth of knowledge, with strong, cross-industry and sector experience in Enterprise Technology and Transformation, ERP Cloud Transformation, Data and Information management, and the broader IT industry in Australia, Europe and the US.

Patrik Bihammar GBB Lead – Oracle on Azure
Organisation: Microsoft ANZ

Patrik Bihammar is 13 year veteran with Microsoft, where he has held numerous roles across the UK, Europe and Asia. In his current role he is focused on helping customers run their strategic Oracle workloads on Azure, particularly centred around the new Oracle Database @ Azure strategic partnership and service. His aim is to empower customers in ANZ to transform and achieve more through digital and cloud transformation leveraging the Microsoft azure Cloud.

Wayne Goodall Vice President, Cloud Applications Development, JAPAC

Wayne is a trained management accountant that has wide experience within Oracle across many lines of business (Support, Consulting, Presales, Applications Architecture and Development) in Europe, US and JAPAC

24+ years of industry experience: All mainly with EBS and Fusion (ERP), 20 of which he worked for Oracle Corporation.

Competitor experience: Used SAP when he was in accounting for 5 years and had 3 years with an SAP partner mainly working with natural resource companies in Perth, Australia.

He has been part of the largest transformation projects across the JAPAC region as part of customer executive steering committees, leadership meetings or design reviews and is seen as a trusted advisor to both clients and partners.

Stephen Bovis
Stephen Bovis Regional Managing Director, Australia and New Zealand, Oracle ANZ

Stephen Bovis is responsible for Oracle’s overall business in Australia and New Zealand and ensuring it delivers on its values of trust, customer success, innovation, and equality for its customers, partners, and communities across the region.

Stephen has more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry across a wide range of roles, functions, and marketing segments. Most recently, he was at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he was vice president and managing director of the South Pacific region. Prior to that, he was based in Singapore leading HP’s Enterprise Group sales account management team for Asia Pacific, whose portfolio included hardware, services, and software.

Chris Chelliah Senior Vice President, Technology and Customer Strategy, Oracle Japan and Asia Pacific

Chris Chelliah is responsible for driving digital transformation for Oracle’s customers in the Japan and Asia Pacific region. He's accountable for the organization’s hypergrowth in cloud infrastructure and autonomous database. Chris leads cloud specialist sales teams, industry architects, and the Oracle Insight team to bring together the expertise needed to provide a collaborative, consultative approach to help customers achieve their objectives.

Chris has nearly 30 years of experience across a variety of portfolios in Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America. Previously at Oracle, he focused on customer success with consulting and implementation services in global projects in the telecommunications, financial services, and government sectors, implementing disruptive and innovative software solutions.

Chris holds a post-graduate degree in computer science and mathematics from the University of Western Australia. He’s a frequent industry speaker and contributes regularly to trade and industry journals and opinion pieces on applications for emerging technologies.

Chris Pickett Senior Director, Enterprise Security, Oracle APAC

Chris is Senior Director responsible for Oracle's Information Management and Enterprise Security businesses within Oracle Asia Pacific. He has 31 years experience in the information systems industry, of which the last 28 years have been with Oracle Corporation incorporating national, divisional and global roles. Chris is accountable for the Information Management and Security business areas for Oracle in Asia Pacific, with responsibility for leading a team assisting customers during the evaluation, POC and pilot phases of projects incorporating these technologies. The Oracle technologies involved in these projects typically span core data management and security concerns (across Data Security, Identity and Access Management and Cloud Security) and more recently cover areas such as machine learning and generative AI, where the relevance of traditional enterprise concerns is paramount. Prior to his current position, Chris held other roles within the company, where he focused on technology, application & enterprise architecture across a broad range of solution areas and industry sectors. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Pure Mathematics & Computer Science) from the University of Western Australia.

Franco Ucci
Franco Ucci Senior Director, Cloud Specialist Engineers , Australia & New Zealand, Oracle

Franco Ucci has been in the IT Industry for over 30 years, using Oracle since 1987. Since 1989, Franco has held various positions in Oracle Corporation from being a Technical Consultant through to his current position of Oracle Cloud Specialist Engineers / Senior Director for ANZ, where he helps drive Adoption of Digital Models utilizing APIs, and Cloud Based Solutions.

Franco enjoys using MVP and Fail Fast Techniques, helping organisations visualize and realise business benefits, combining the above Business Technologies, with Cloud and On Premise Applications.
