Renee is responsible for leading the design, planning and implementation of projects including the recent HR digital transformation with the deployment of the Human Capital Management system – OracleHCM.
Renee commenced with Followmont Transport in 2015 as an HR generalist, partnering with the business to deliver high-performance outcomes. Identifying an internal mobility opportunity, in 2019 Renee transitioned to the position of Project Manager within the IT Department to gain a greater level of exposure of the business operations and digital landscape. Rob Martin is currently working at ResMed focusing on implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules. Working for 25 years in supply chain, he consulted mainly to companies in the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors. He has specialised in the implementation, upgrading and integration of ERP systems and process design. His methods have evolved alongside the on-premise Oracle solutions 11i and R12 and now the latest SaaS offerings. Rob has always worked with the credo, that good IT systems are a key enabler in delivering excellent supply chain outcomes. Rob has a Bachelor of Science from Sydney University beginning his career as a Marine Biologist. He has enjoyed a lifelong affiliation with oceanic pursuits.

At Endeavour X, Andy leads the Personalisation tribe which aims to improve the experience for their customers across all of their channels by offering relevant, tailored offers and products for customers. Previously, in Dan Murphy's Andy led the 121 email marketing team as it transformed its personalised marketing through the My Dans loyalty programme. Prior to joining Endeavour Drinks, Andy was part of the WooliesX business, leading on optimising campaigns to the 11m Woolworths rewards customers.
