Martin Earp joined InvoCare on 30 March 2015, was appointed as a Director on 13 April 2015 and assumed the role of CEO and Managing Director on 1 May 2015.

Prior to joining InvoCare Martin was the CEO of Campus Living Villages and was responsible for the strategic direction and operational leadership of the company. He worked for Transfield Holdings for over twelve years in a number of operational roles including CEO of the Australian Biodiesel Group (ASX listed company), General Manager Airtrain (where he also served as a Director for eight years) and Business Development Manager for Airport Rail Link. Prior to this he worked for a London based transport consultancy advising on large infrastructure and investment deals.

Martin holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, a Masters in Traffic Engineering and a degree in Transportation Management and Planning.

T.K. Anand

Senior Vice President, Analytics, Oracle

T.K. Anand is Senior Vice President, Analytics Product Management at Oracle, reporting to Executive Chairman and CTO Larry Ellison. He is responsible for the Analytics product strategy and portfolio which includes Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Analytics Server, Oracle Analytics for Applications, and the operational reporting capabilities within the Oracle SaaS applications such as ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, SCM Cloud and CX Cloud.

Prior to joining Oracle in 2018, T.K. spent over 20 years at Microsoft Corporation working on a number of products and services including SQL Server, Power BI, Azure data services and Excel. Most recently, he was General Manager and Partner Director of Engineering in the Cloud & AI Division at Microsoft where was responsible for Business Intelligence products including Power BI and SQL Server Analysis & Reporting Services.

T.K. has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He also has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, Canada where his research focused on database systems.

Tom Davenport is the President’s Distinguished Professor of Information Technology and Management at Babson College, a Visiting Professor at Oxford University’s Saïd School of Business, a Fellow of the MIT Initiative on the Digital Economy, and Senior Advisor to Deloitte’s Analytics and AI practice. His most recent book is The AI Advantage from MIT Press, and he’s written twenty books and over 300 articles for Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, and many other publications. He has been named one of the world’s Top 25 Consultants by Consulting magazine, one of the 100 most influential people in IT by Ziff-Davis magazines, and one of the world’s top fifty business school professors by Fortune magazine.

Mr. Setalvad heads the Corporate Center Technology Group at ICICI Bank. He drives the implementation of technology platforms to deliver products and services to the Corporate Center. The Technology Solution Group led by Mr. Setalvad is responsible for all technology and automation initiatives of Corporate Center teams. The team under him manages IT architecture, design, reusability, web user experience, new technology adoption and tools. His group ensures transition of projects from development to implementation stage, besides running the business as usual.

As Head of Corporate Centre Technology, Harshal has been a pioneer in delivering large transformation projects, in the fields of financial services, HR transformation, compliance, data analytics, cloud solutions, employee experience, digital workplace, enterprise mobility and business continuity. Several industry first initiatives by Harshal have ensured that the enterprise quickly operationalizes new technology and derives maximum out of today’s hybrid environments.

Harshal has focused on deriving increased value from technology investments through the delivery of strategic change programs and enabling better business collaboration and decision making. As a cloud first mover, he has been pivotal in driving public / hybrid cloud adoption, responsible for implementing product strategy, architecture, development, and support of highly scalable & reliable software systems.

He has over 20 years of experience in multi-cultural setup at local, regional and global levels. He is responsible for implementing SAP Financials for the entire ICICI group which forms the core of the ICICI financial reporting system. He is experienced in managing large scale IT transformational projects across ICICI departments.

Prior to joining ICICI Bank in 2006, Mr. Setalvad held an executive position at Siemens Information Systems Ltd., where he developed and implemented financial technology strategies that drove automation and productivity and improved profitability.

Mr. Setalvad is an MBA in Finance from Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research, Mumbai.
