Name of Product: Oracle Procurement Collaborator Release 12.1.x

Last Updated: 29-Feb-2016

This VPAT applies to only version 12.1.x. It does not apply to any versions of Oracle Procurement Collaborator after this.
This VPAT has been superseded by Oracle Procurement Collaborator Release 12.2.5

Oracle Procurement Collaborator is a combination of products ‘Oracle Procurement Contracts for Oracle Purchasing’ and ‘Oracle Sourcing for Oracle Purchasing’.

The responses to many of the technical standards are based on functionality provided by underlying technologies; please see the VPATs listed in the Dependent Products section for more information.

For Web UI, the user needs to enable accessibility mode either from the Login page or Preferences page by choosing one of these values for the Accessibility poplist value:

  • ‘Screen Reader Optimized’
  • ‘Standard Accessibility’

Please review the Oracle E-Business Suite Accessibility  white paper for more detailed information.

For non-Web UI, the user must have the Java Runtime Engine (JRE) installed and the Java Access Bridge enabled.  This is explained in detail in the Accessibility in Oracle Forms Applications white paper.

This document describes the extent to which the product conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 'A' and 'AA' levels as described at, and the applicable U.S. Section 508 standards, subject to Oracle's interpretation of those standards and the remarks in this document. If this product has dependencies on other products, they are stated at the end of this VPAT and they may or may not meet the WCAG 2.0 criteria. Please see the individual VPATs for details. We are using a format similar to the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template, or VPAT®. There are three columns in the tables. The first column contains each of the WCAG 2.0 A and AA Success Criteria or Section 508 criteria; the second column indicates whether the product meets the criterion, and the third column contains remarks about the product with regard to the criterion, including known defects, if any.
