T.K. Anand
T.K. Anand Senior Vice President, Analytics Product Management, Oracle

T.K. Anand is senior vice president of product development at Oracle, reporting to Executive Chairman and CTO Larry Ellison. He is responsible for the Oracle Analytics product strategy and portfolio which includes Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Analytics Server, Oracle Analytics for Applications, and the operational reporting capabilities within the Oracle Fusion Cloud applications for ERP, human capital management, supply chain management, and advertising and customer experience.

Prior to joining Oracle in 2018, T.K. spent more than 20 years at Microsoft Corporation working on a number of products and services including SQL Server, Power BI, Azure data services, and Excel. Most recently, he was general manager and partner director of engineering in the cloud and AI division at Microsoft where was responsible for business intelligence products including Power BI and SQL Server analysis and reporting services.

T.K. has a bachelor of technology degree in computer science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He also has a master of science degree in computer science from the University of Toronto, Canada where his research focused on database systems.

Wayne Heather Executive Director, EPM Product Marketing, Oracle

Wayne has over 20 years’ experience in Enterprise Performance Management, helping customers solve complex problems in the office of finance. Having worked in technology for IBM and Oracle, he has helped many customers with their transformation journeys in the office of Finance and lines of business. As Executive Director of EPM Product Marketing for Oracle, Wayne continues to meet with customers to help them on their journey to gaining value in their organizations with EPM and how they should think about transformational technologies in finance. Wayne speaks at events and conferences and writes thought leadership articles related to the benefit of technology in finance.

Rich Clayton
Rich Clayton Vice President, Product Strategy, Analytics, Oracle

Rich has a passion for analytics and regularly coaches customers on how to succeed in analytics. He enjoys speaking at analytics forums around the world on the future of analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence.

In addition, Rich teaches analytics at University of Oregon, he is the board chair for the analytics program at Cal Poly and led the development of the first Business Analytics MBA program in Iowa.
