Yvette Cameron

Yvette Cameron is the senior vice president of human capital management (HCM) product strategy at Oracle. Prior to Oracle, Yvette was a cofounder of a blockchain-based technology firm and cofounded a non-profit industry consortium to drive the creation of self-sovereign digital career credentials. She held leadership positions at SAP SuccessFactors, Saba, Gartner, and Constellation Research. She’s an international speaker on innovations in HCM processes and technology and the future of work.

Amit Chowdhary

Amit Chowdhary is the managing director and global head of people operations, analytics and technology at BNY Mellon. He leads workforce planning, analytics, onboarding and offboarding, HR operations, payroll, technology, people experience, and data strategy. Amit has more than 13 years’ experience building out new HR capabilities and scaling existing operations at BNY Mellon, Visa, and HP. He holds two post-graduate degrees in business management and a BS in engineering.

Eric Cohen

Eric Cohen is the senior director of HR technology at Hilton. Leading Hilton’s HR technology team, Eric oversees core technologies that support HR, payroll, absence, digital assistants, talent, learning, and recruitment technologies. With more than 20 years of experience implementing HR technology solutions, Eric’s passion and drive is to deliver incredible user experiences through the expansion and strategic delivery of HR technology to all team members at Hilton globally.

Andrew Dennan

As head of HR shared services for Synlait Milk, Andrew Dennan is responsible for talent acquisition, workplace experience, site security, payroll, HR information systems, and people analytics. Previously, he spent more than a decade working in the Middle East and Asia for some of the region's largest businesses and specializing in talent strategy and planning, IT transformation, HCM implementation, and data analytics. He has built, managed, and mentored high performing teams in 22 countries.

Sheryl Johnson

Sheryl Johnson is a principal with PwC’s technology consulting practice. She also leads the Oracle Human Capital Management practice for PwC and has more than 30 years of experience deploying HR technologies in the Oracle space. Sheryl is based in Dallas.

Caroline Knight

With more than 25 years’ working with IT for the travel and transportation industry, Caroline Knight is head of technology corporate at Heathrow Airport where she owns back-office platforms and services. Caroline was part of the airport’s largest business transformation program, replacing the legacy, on-premises Oracle E-Business Suite with Oracle Cloud ERP and Human Capital Management. Caroline’s team works to continuously improve the new cloud platform and Heathrow’s business processes.

Chris Leone

Chris Leone is executive vice president of applications development for Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management. He’s responsible for the strategy, product management, development, and go-to-market functions that deliver modern HR in the cloud to global users. Chris came to Oracle via its acquisition of PeopleSoft, where he was responsible for the product management and development activities for the company’s financial, project management, and enterprise performance management product lines.

Tiffanie Lewis

Tiffanie Lewis is responsible for the People Services organization at Diebold Nixdorf. Her team of 150 professionals globalizes and standardizes HR technology and data to enable workplace flexibility through self-service, automation, and digitization. She led the deployment of Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud, a foundation to the company’s digital transformation. Tiffanie is a corporate spokesperson and an ambassador for employee resource groups supporting diversity and inclusion.
