    Bill Briggs

    Bill Briggs' more than 19 years with Deloitte have been spent delivering complex transformation programs for clients in a variety of industries including financial services, healthcare, consumer products, telecommunications, energy, and the public sector. Briggs is a strategist with deep implementation experience in helping clients anticipate the impact that new and emerging technologies may have on their business in the future, and getting there from the realities of today. In his role as CTO, Briggs is responsible for research, eminence, and innovation, helping define and execute the vision for Deloitte Consulting LLP's technology practice, identifying and communicating those technology trends affecting clients' businesses, and driving the strategy for Deloitte Consulting LLP's evolving technology services and offerings. As the founding global leader of Deloitte Digital, Briggs was responsible for the launch and growth of a new global practice redefining the vision of a digital consulting agency. Deloitte Digital offers a mix of creative, strategy, user experience, engineering talent, and technology services to help clients harness disruptive digital technologies to imagine, deliver, and run the future—to engage differently with customers, reshape how work gets done, and rethink the very core of their markets. Briggs earned his undergraduate degree in computer engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

    Doug Henschen

    Vice President and Principal Analyst

    Doug Henschen is Vice President and Principal Analyst focusing on data-driven decision making. Henschen’s Data-to-Decisions research examines how organizations employ data analysis to reimagine their business models and gain a deeper understanding of their customers. Henschen's research acknowledges the fact that innovative applications of data analysis requires a multi-disciplinary approach starting with information and orchestration technologies, continuing through business intelligence, data-visualization, and analytics, and moving into NoSQL and big-data analysis, third-party data enrichment, and decision-management technologies. Prior to Constellation Doug Henschen led analytics, big data, business intelligence, optimization, and smart applications research and news coverage at InformationWeek. His experiences include leadership in analytics, business intelligence, database, data warehousing, and decision-support research and analysis for Intelligent Enterprise. Further, Henschen led business process management and enterprise content management research and analysis at Transform magazine. At DM News he led the coverage of database marketing and digital marketing trends and news.


    Mark P. Frissora

    Chief Executive Officer and President of Caesars Entertainment

    Frissora has 40 years of business experience that spans all levels of management and functional roles. He joined Caesars in 2015 and served between 2000-2014 as Chairman and CEO of two Fortune 500 companies.

    Prior to his July 2015 appointment as Caesars’ CEO, he started his career working in various management positions for General Electric, Philips Lighting Company, and Aeroquip-Vickers. He served as the CEO of Tenneco from 2000 until 2006, and from 1999 to 2006, Tenneco’s revenue rose 39 percent to $4.4 billion. Frissora subsequently served as CEO of The Hertz Corporation from 2006 until September 2014, also serving as the company’s chairman from January 1, 2007 until he stepped down in September 2014. While with Hertz, Frissora was named one of Business Travel News’ Most Influential Business Travel Executives of 2012. Additionally, he has been a member of The Business Roundtable, McKinsey’s CEO Advisory Council, and the G100. He has also been actively involved in philanthropic activities and in 2012 he was awarded the Oliver R. Grace Award for Distinguished Service in Advancing Cancer Research.

    In addition to serving on the Caesars Entertainment Corporation's Board of Directors, he is a Director of Delphi Automotive PLC. He previously served as a Director of Walgreens Boots Alliance. He currently serves on the UNLV Foundation Board of Trustees, the American Gaming Association Executive Committee, and as Men Go Red co-chair for the American Heart Association Las Vegas.

    Frissora holds a B.A. degree from The Ohio State University and has completed executive development programs at Babson College and the Thunderbird International School of Management.
