Book and manage your hotel reservations

Oracle has reserved discounted room blocks at The Venetian Resort, The Palazzo, Harrah’s Las Vegas, and The LINQ Hotel.

To be eligible for the discounted rates, you must be a registered attendee and book your room directly through the attendee portal. CloudWorld discounted hotel rates aren’t available if you book directly with the hotel.

Discounted room rates are available for CloudWorld attendees until September 8, 2025, or until they sell out. Prices are as follows:

• Rooms at The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort start at $315 per night, plus a $35 daily resort fee.
• Rooms at The Venetian Resort start at $315 per night, plus a $35 daily resort fee.
• Rooms at Harrah’s Las Vegas start at $219 per night, plus a $27 daily resort fee.
• Rooms at The LINQ Hotel start at $219 per night, plus a $27 daily resort fee.

The listed room rates and resort fees do not include the 13.38% city tax, which is subject to change. Additional charges may apply if you exceed double occupancy.

Your CloudWorld general attendee or sponsor registration includes access to digital Oracle Cloud training and certification—a program valued at US$4,995 annually—starting from the week you register until 60 days after the event.

Your digital training and certification gives you access to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Learning Subscription digital training content, a single Cloud Applications Learning Subscription, and up to three (3) certification exam attempts.

Add-on training opportunities at CloudWorld deliver a detailed understanding of how to use Oracle applications and technologies. Choose from ten, hands-on courses led by Oracle instructors and experts on Monday, October 13. These eight-hour, immersive trainings are $795 and are limited to just 28 attendees each and deliver a detailed understanding of how to use Oracle applications and technologies. Make sustainable choices

Act on these tips for a more sustainable conference:

• Choose plant-based meals over animal-based proteins
• Take public or shared green vehicle transportation between airports and hotels
• Walk between conference venues and hotels
• Take only the giveaways and swag you will use
• Turn off the lights and air conditioning in your hotel room while at CloudWorld
• Bring a reusable water bottle to use at the water refill stations throughout the conference
