General attendee conference passes include access to:

• More than 900 sessions
• Main stage and solution keynotes
• The CloudWorld Hub, the expo for Oracle CloudWorld
• The Party (public-sector attendees may purchase a pass that excludes The Party)
• Breakfast and lunch at the conference
• High-speed Wi-Fi and the Oracle Events mobile app
• Oracle University digital training, providing content covering all Oracle Cloud solutions, from registration until December 15, 2025
• Optional, add-on pre-event training courses for $795
• Live and on-demand digital content, available for 30 days after the event

About the Group discount

The group discount is available from June 17 to October 16. To qualify, you must purchase five or more passes in a single bulk order. Once your order is submitted, you’ll be able to manage distribution of purchased passes for use during registration. Group purchases cannot be combined with any other discounts and are not available to public sector attendees. Payment may only be made by credit card. No refunds are allowed for any Group passes purchased. The number of passes per order cannot be increased or decreased once the purchase is complete. About the public-sector discount

Oracle’s definition of public sector extends beyond (but includes) traditional government agencies and ministries. The definition also includes entities in which a government has 30% or more ownership, voting control, and/or the ability to appoint officers or directors. For example, airlines, financial institutions, telecom companies, utilities, energy exploration companies, hospitals, and other businesses can qualify.

Public-sector attendees registering under the government rate may be required to show their employer-issued government ID or other proof of government employment, as well as a government-issued photo ID, during check-in at the Oracle CloudWorld registration desks at The Venetian Conference and Expo Center. Oracle may, at its sole discretion, charge the full CloudWorld conference rate to anyone not satisfying these requirements, or it may cancel ineligible registrations. Government discounts, with or without the CloudWorld party, are available only to those who qualify. Public-sector employees are not eligible to use a complimentary pass, group pass, or pass provided by another party to register for CloudWorld. Terms and conditions

The Oracle CloudWorld 2025 complimentary training and certification promotion includes access to a single Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Learning Subscription and a single Cloud Applications Learning Subscription, as well as up to three (3) Oracle Certification Program exam attempts.

No purchase is necessary beyond the CloudWorld 2025 pass fees. This promotion is open only to Oracle CloudWorld 2025 in-person general attendees and sponsors. This promotion is not available to attendees and sponsors registered as booth staff, speakers, media, industry analysts, financial analysts, or Executive Summit and CloudWorld On Air attendees. Oracle will revoke learning content and certification exam access in the event that a participant cancels his or her CloudWorld registration.

This promotion is available from May 13, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. GMT through December 15, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. GMT and is subject to the following:

• Participants must acknowledge and accept, and fully comply with, additional Oracle Cloud and Oracle Certification Program terms and conditions located at https://www.oracle.com/contracts/.
• Participants must register for the complimentary certification exams as part of this promotion by clicking the exam tile in the appropriate learning path in the Learning Subscription
  • Participants may choose three (3) certification exams.
  • The offer is not available for any other Oracle Certification Program exam not included in the promotion.
• The complimentary promotional access does not apply retroactively to any certification exams purchased prior to May 13, 2025, 12:00 a.m. GMT.
• The first day to register for exams is May 13, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. GMT.
• The last day to register and take the exams is December 15, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. GMT.
• Learning Subscription access is limited to twelve (12) months from activation, which must occur prior to the deadline to take the exams noted above.

If the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Learning Subscription, Cloud Applications Learning Subscription, or Oracle Certification Program exams are forfeited, the promotion value cannot be redeemed for cash or any other Oracle product or service.
