Speed mentoring is a series of short, focused, conversations between you and your mentors—Oracle leaders and
women in technology. Each attendee will meet three mentors, learn more about their careers and experiences,
and have the opportunity to ask questions.

Head of Architecture and Industry Strategy, Oracle Japan and Asia Pacific
Brenda has more than 25 years of ICT experience, spanning business transformation, enterprise architecture, and interoperability of information systems in a variety of environments.
Her career began in the Canadian Armed Forces where, following operational postings, she held the role of application architect for a PeopleSoft-based human resources system.
She has been a board member for Women in IT and Communications (WIC) in Canberra.
Brenda lives in Christchurch, New Zealand with her husband and son. She enjoys skiing, hiking, and practices martial arts.
Senior Director, Research and Development, Oracle Labs Australia
Prior to founding Oracle Labs Australia, Cristina was principal investigator of the Parfait bug tracking project at Sun Microsystems (which was acquired by Oracle). Today, Oracle Parfait has become the de facto tool used by thousands of Oracle developers for bug and vulnerability detection in real-world, commercially sized C/C++/Java applications.
Cristina plays an active role in the international programming language, compiler construction, and software security communities. On the weekends, she channels her interests into mentoring young programmers through the CoderDojo network.
Country Managing Director, Oracle Bangladesh
Rubaba is Oracle Bangladesh’s first Country Managing Director and an accomplished leader with a successful track record of brand management, product innovations, service delivery, and corporate strategy.
She is passionate about empowering women and a strong advocate for women’s rights and equality. Recognized as one of the Top 50 Women in Mobile Content by World Telecom, Rubaba is also a recipient of the Begum Rokeya award, Anannya Top 10 Women, 5 Most Powerful Women in Mobile Asia, and the South Asian Business Excellence Outstanding Women Leadership awards.
Senior Vice President, Cloud Engineering, Oracle Japan and Asia Pacific
Alistair joined Oracle in 2020 and leads a talented team whose mission is to help customers, partners, and developers unlock unrealized business outcomes and value through Oracle Cloud.
Outside of work, Alistair is busy training for his upcoming Ironman race, dabbling with the latest technologies, and spending time with his family. Alistair and his wife Karen live in Singapore. He also has two daughters, Clare and Emily, who live in Australia.
Senior Vice President, Advanced Customer Services, Oracle Japan and Asia Pacific
Dora joined Oracle in 2007 and currently leads a team of more than 600 engineers and professionals who provide services for Oracle software and systems.
Prior to being responsible for the execution of Oracle’s Advanced Customer Services strategy, service delivery, and business management—including revenue and margin— Dora led Oracle’s Customer Services for Hong Kong and South China, covering sales, delivery, and customer support.
Vice President, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Data and AI Services
Sathesh is an accomplished R&D leader with 25 years’ experience. Possessing a keen aptitude for strategic planning, team building, innovation, and delivering world-class products, he is results-driven with proven success in scaling early-stage projects.
Serving as vice president of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and as the Oracle India Development Center’s hub leader, Sathesh draws from his previous role where he led a 150-strong engineering team and managed the Bengaluru and Hyderabad operations of Informatica’s India Innovation Center.
Vice President, India Applications and Human Capital Management Leader, Oracle Asia Pacific
Deepa leads Oracle’s Human Capital Management (HCM) and Customer Experience (CX) businesses in India. She is also the HCM leader across the Asia-Pacific region, with responsibility for Oracle’s cloud HCM strategy throughout that region.
Over the last two decades, Deepa has amassed broad experience in building and growing enterprise software, technology, cloud, SaaS, and internet businesses, working in both the United States and Asia Pacific.
Group Vice President, Oracle CX Marketing
Srishti leads the product development for Oracle’s CX Marketing products—Responsys, Eloqua, and CrowdTwist. She is also the Oracle Advertising and CX lead for the India Development Center.
A champion for the Oracle Women’s Leadership mentorship program and diversity initiative, Srishti brings more than 22 years of experience in the US and India, building and scaling large-scale consumer and enterprise cloud products.
She enjoys gardening and running and lives in Bengaluru with her husband and two children.
