What type of account do I need to access the OCI DevOps service?

OCI DevOps is available to universal credit and pay-as-you-go accounts.

What is OCI DevOps built on? Is it Jenkins under the covers?

OCI DevOps was built by Oracle as a modern CI/CD platform for enterprise cloud use. The service does not use Jenkins code. Customers using Jenkins for continuous integration have the option to continue using the existing system or combine Jenkins CI with OCI DevOps deployment pipelines using the Jenkins plugin.

Is OCI DevOps available in Dedicated Regions and Sovereign Regions?

Yes. It is part of OCI’s standard offering in every region.
