Name of Product: InForm Advanced Molecular Analytics Cloud Service 1.0

Last Updated: 18-Feb-2015

The Oracle Health Sciences InForm Advanced Molecular Analytics (AMA) Cloud Service lets you share the data extracted from the InForm’s Studies, such as PFST Cardio study for identifying patient cohorts using Translational Research Center (TRC). The shared data is processed by Source Data Extract (SDE) for InForm AMA and is loaded into Healthcare Data Warehouse Foundation (HDWF) Interface Tables. Further, Oracle Healthcare Analytics Data Integration (OHADI) processes the data in the Interface Tables and loads it to HDWF. The data in HDWF is queried for populating the data mart of the Oracle Cohort Explorer application.

The InForm AMA Cloud Service has the following internal components: SDE for InForm AMA, Healthcare Data Warehouse Foundation (HDWF), Oracle Healthcare Analytics Data Integration (OHADI), Cohort Explorer.

This VPAT does not cover the following product areas:
