Product Description:

Remote Diagnostic Agent (RDA) is a command-line interface for collecting diagnostic information. It is based on an engine written in the Perl programming language. RDA provides a unified package of support diagnostics tools and preventive solutions. The data captured provides Oracle Support with a comprehensive picture of the customer's environment which aids in problem diagnosis.

The command-line interface documentation is available to users using Doc ID 314422.1.

This VPAT is for the command-line interface UI. The separate VPAT "Oracle Remote Diagnostic Agent Results Review 8.16" covers the HTML reports UI.
