Aconex and Conject Support


Beginning November 16, 2020, an enhanced service request form and a new Support portal will be available to help you submit, track and easily update service requests. Customers will still be able to call Support for assistance, although the use of email to submit new service requests will be discontinued.

The same support teams who supported Aconex’s products continues to do so today. You should continue to use the same support channels you have been using, whether it is online, via phone, email or through your customer representative. Support website links, email addresses, and phone numbers remain the same.

As we progress through the integration of Aconex Support we will provide advance notice to you about any changes.
