Effective October 28, 2019, support for Iridize will transition to My Oracle Support (MOS) and the Oracle support hotlines and will no longer be provided through the Iridize support channels. Please discontinue using the Iridize support channels as of that date.
The same support team who supported Iridize’s products continues to do so today. You should continue to use the same support channels you have been using, whether it is online or via email. Support website links and email address remain the same.
