Starting December 7, 2020, support for the Sauce Platform will transition to My Oracle Support (MOS) and the Oracle support hotlines and will no longer be provided through the Sauce support channels.
The same support team who supported Sauce Video’s product continues to do so today. You should continue to use the same support channels you have been using, whether it is via email, chat, or through your customer representative until December 7, 2020. Links to the support channels and the support email address remain the same until then.
