After launching high-speed 4G/LTE networks in six countries in just one year and consolidating networks after mergers in Italy and Pakistan, Malik has taken VEON on an unprecedented global business support system transformation, creating state-of-the-art, data-centric billing and customer care systems using products from across the Oracle footprint. Malik also has set an audacious ambition for VEON to become truly digital from the inside by digitizing most of its internal processes.
