Shutkin spearheaded a platform transformation effort that centralized over 100 mini data centers into four main data centers. Sberbank supports over 120 million customers and its growth in transaction volumes required significant platform expansion. The bank also needed to maintain high levels of uptime and availability during the transition. Employing the best technical resources, from the bank and from Oracle Engineering, Shutkin led a full Oracle stack technical audit that optimized the capability to deliver services with the adoption of over 400 new Oracle server platforms in less than 12 months.
Under Abe’s leadership, KDDI successfully implemented Oracle Engineered Systems to unify mobile e-shopping and payments services onto a single platform. Oracle infrastructure improved operational efficiency with increased uptime for 24 x 7 operations, while meeting the need to provide capacity for KDDI’s 20 million and growing subscriber base.

This increased investment in the rendering farm has resulted in improved productivity of artists and the ability for studios to bring movies to market faster and drive more business to Weta Digital as a result.
Hyun dramatically transformed the technology footprint at LG Display to support real-time enterprise operations for the company’s manufacturing data warehouse. As part of his vision, he refreshed legacy systems and rebuilt the data warehouse using Oracle Engineered Systems and Oracle Database 12c. With the introduction of a modern service architecture, LG Display was able improve cash flow and increase order processing, while enabling a 40 percent improvement in analytics and data loading.
Napoli has led TECBAN’s transformation by using a full stack of Oracle infrastructure solutions that improved the experience of millions of customers. Along with increased service levels, Napoli spearheaded the effort to implement real-time fraud analysis with secure encryption for transactions at over 11,000 ATMs in over 400 cities in Brazil.
Cavalcanto played the leading role in leveraging Oracle infrastructure to drive innovation at Exelon, delivering new services and standardization with cost optimization. Mondaiyka has taken the lead within General Electric corporate to assemble and direct a team to build a standardized ERP architecture across all GE business units. Using a variety of Oracle Engineered Systems, his team built their “Resilient Platform,” which has already been adopted as a corporate standard and has delivered a 3x-5x performance increase with a 30 percent cost reduction for all business units consuming these services.
