Employing the best technical resources, from the bank and from Oracle Engineering, Shutkin led a full Oracle stack technical audit that optimized the capability to deliver services with the adoption of over 400 new Oracle server platforms in less than 12 months.

Napoli has led TECBAN’s transformation by using a full stack of Oracle infrastructure solutions that improved the experience of millions of customers.
