Oracle Exadata Master Class and 3rd Thursday Tech Talks Virtual Events include a range of education and training ranging from introduction to advanced topics highlighting the use of Oracle Infrastructure like Exadata (on-premises, ExaCC & ExaCS), Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance (ZDLRA), and the ZFS Storage Appliance (ZFS-SA).
We have two monthly sessions focused on persona and matching interest.
Exadata Masters Class: In this educational series aims to deliver a “practice” style approach to the Oracle database and infrastructure features that benefit from running on the Oracle Exadata. Topics range from migration strategies, infrastructure and software-specific features, the use of toolsets, tuning, and other operational best practices. This session is typically aimed at the Oracle Database Administrator and can include topics of System Administration (or a combination of both).
3rd Thursday Tech Talks: This series encompasses a more holistic approach to architecture and various topics. The aim is to provide insight into features, tools, architecture elements, and general best practices addressing backup and recovery, compute, storage, and networking. These sessions are helpful for architecture teams, system administration groups, and managers looking to learn tips and tricks and how to leverage the most out of their Oracle investment.
