To ensure HR efficiency across the globe, Ansell deployed a scalable, multi-country human capital management (HCM) solution, giving managers new levels of visibility into and control over their teams. In 2015, shortly after going live on Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud (Oracle HCM Cloud), Ansell completed its annual compensation review cycle in September—a previously manually intensive, error-prone process that was still ongoing in December the year prior.
Additionally, the cloud-based Oracle solution ensured high availability and efficient HR system management, freeing internal staff members to focus on other strategic priorities. Further, Ansell seamlessly integrated Oracle HCM Cloud with its on-premises Oracle enterprise resource planning solutions worldwide to ensure further standardization and business efficiencies—including generating global headcount and workforce reports to ensure more informed decision-making.
