DOSE Café is a coffee franchise that serves a variety of specialty beverages to customers throughout Saudi Arabia. It is the country’s leading coffee brand in terms of number of stores and has experienced rapid growth since its establishment in 2017. DOSE Café operates more than 40 cafés, and plans to continue its expansion with new stores across Saudi Arabia.
The company was using multiple on-premises HR and ERP systems, which could no longer support its business needs and were unable to scale for growth. It could not close its monthly books on time, and payroll was frequently delayed. Timely, accurate reporting on branches or products was virtually impossible due to inconsistent data and processes.
