The rapidly growing financial services company was looking to expand its business by integrating its human resources (HR) capabilities across its global workforce.
We wanted a global, centralized, standardized HR environment to effectively manage our employees located in 40 countries. Oracle HCM Cloud met all our needs and provided a secure and scalable cloud platform that will continue to grow with us.
MoneyGram took a phased implementation approach. The company went live with Phase One on March 12, 2016 which included recruiting, core HR, and U.S. payroll.
MoneyGram has been working toward its Phase Two go-live, which will include workforce compensation, performance management, goal management, and succession planning. MoneyGram is targeting these modules to go to the business in late Q4, 2016 and early Q1, 2017. Additionally, the company plans to lay out an HR IT technology roadmap to track progress over the next three to five years.
