Schneider Electric partnered with Oracle to deliver a fast-track implementation. The project team worked together to implement Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud on a global scale, within just 18 months. Work began in India and China, where the company did not have an existing tool in place, and then moved to Japan, Australia, and East Asia, followed by Europe, and finally North America.
Schneider Electric also put into place a communication and change-management plan to train recruiting teams and HR managers. Many hiring managers only recruit someone every six months, so Schneider developed a program to offer regular training and refreshers, as well as personal coaching to ensure every manager is comfortable with using the tool.
