Oracle Cloud Energy and Emissions

Oracle/s total energy and emissions data is disclosed and made public annually by way of an annual submission to CDP's Climate Change Investor Questionnaire. As part of the annual disclosure process Oracle utilizes the GHG Protocol to determine Scope1 and Scope2 emissions. The methodology and results are then assured with an external auditor (WSP) prior to inclusion into the CDP Questionnaire.

Detailed information including energy, emissions(including emission factors), and certifications for any of Oracle's service locations is available to any of our customers. Currently this information is available to any party under NDA and by request via the internal Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) alias. Specifically for customers looking to identify Green Regions Oracle provides a dataset outlining the following; i)100% Renewable Energy locations, ii)Energy Mix all regions (Coal, Nuclear, Renewable), & iii) Emission or Carbon Footprint Factors all regions (C02e).
