The Oracle MICROS Express Station is available with either a PCAP touchscreen or standard LCD display. With an internal power supply, ventless design, and IP-54 rating, it is sealed against humidity, grease, and other airborne contaminants, making it safe to place at any prep station. It's industry-standard VESA 100 pattern allows for various KDS mounting options and also features the Oracle MICROS quick-release function to allow for simple stand mounting.

  • 24-Inch Anti-Glare Display

    Both touchscreen and non-touch LCD units are 23.8 inches with 1920x1080 resolution and can operate in landscape or portrait orientations. Touchscreen units are capable of 10 simultaneous touch points, and the non-touch LCD all-in-one features a durable glass cover to protect the LCD from damage. The anti-glare finish improves visibility in bright locations while reducing stress on the user’s eye and minimizes the appearance of fingerprints.

  • IP-54 Rating

    Ingress protection testing measures a product’s ability to protect against the infiltration of water, dust, and foreign objects. The first "5" rating in IP-54 means complete protection from solid materials and dust. The second "4" rating in IP-54 shows no harmful effects from being exposed to jets of water.

  • -10° to 60° temperature range

    Because the Express Station 400 is rated for use in high-heat (60° celsius), it is suitable for a wider variety of kitchen applications versus competitive products.

  • Fanless Cooling

    Fanless systems are quieter and eliminate the circulation of dust, pathogens, grease, and humidity throughout the system. Fanless systems also have improved shock and vibrating resistance, reduced power consumption, and increased overall reliability.

  • Connectivity

    The Express Station 400 includes a wide variety of connectivity options, including 4 USB Type A ports, 1G Ethernet, Serial ports and a USB Type C featuring DisplayPort capability for connecting a second display. An Oracle MICROS IDN port allows quick connectivity to Oracle MICROS kitchen printers.

  • Internal Power Supply

    The Oracle MICROS Express 400 KDS houses its power supply inside the casework, protecting it from heat, spills, and water spray when cleaning the kitchen.

  • Intel Processors

    The Express Station 400 is built on the embedded Intel IoT roadmap, built for long-life availability (15 years) in embedded use conditions and meets the increasing requirements for graphics, audio, and computing capabilities.

  • Memory and Storage

    The Oracle MICROS Express 400 KDS includes 4GB of memory with room for an additional 4GB. It also includes 64GB of SSD storage.

  • Tamper Detection

    Detect the removal of any modular components such as magnetic stripe readers or fingerprint scanners. Also detect any opening of the casework.
