Gérôme de Gea is Director of Cloud strategy and OCI Center of Excellence for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. Gérôme and his team are responsible for driving strategy awareness and adoption of Oracle’s second generation cloud with the largest enterprises in the region. His team serves as a spokesperson and channel to Oracle OCI engineering for the regional ecosystem with a responsibility spanning multiple product and solution areas covered by the Oracle Cloud Platform. In addition to the OCI core services, Gérôme specifically focuses on High Performance Computing workloads, helping customers and partners successfully transition to the differentiated Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Platform.

Gérôme joined Oracle in 2015 from Amazon Web Services (AWS) where he spent 3 years as a Cloud Platform Director for EMEA. Prior to AWS Gerome spend more than 20 years holding several roles in development, pre-sales, business development for international companies. Gerome is an energetic and passionate technical and sales professional with a Master’s degree in Computer Science.

Ashish is the Vice President of Product Marketing PaaS, and is responsible for product strategy and driving the global transformation and growth of Oracle Cloud Platform portfolio consisting of AI Platform, Blockchain, IoT, Integration, App Dev, Containers/Serverless, Mobile, and Chatbots. He also leads Oracle's global initiative for growing engagement and adoption of Oracle Cloud Platform with developers. Prior to Oracle, he was General Manager for the technology incubator at Bertram Capital, a private equity firm, where he incubated and launched four Cloud startups focused on DevOps. Ashish was also the Chief Marketing Officer at NuoDB, a cloud database company. He has also held various product and marketing leadership roles at Sales Force and Symantec.

Mike Prindle is vice president of Cloud Architecture for the Global Business Units (GBUs) at Oracle. His organization focuses on technical strategy, architecture and security, and risk and compliance across the vertical pillars in the GBU organization. Mike recently worked with GBU teams to migrate their SaaS workloads onto Oracle's next generation infrastructure using a variety of strategies, including Move and Improve and transformation to modern Cloud Native architectures. Mike has worked in the Oracle GBUs for over a decade with experience in software development, cloud operations, and security and compliance. Prior to that, Mike was chief technology officer of several startups in the retail rapid delivery and pharmaceutical safety spaces.

Leading 4500+ employees aiming for the highest levels of customer innovation, Gary is instrumental in driving a services-led strategy to support and manage over 6000 customers in 100+ countries globally spanning Oracle's largest enterprise clients. Gary has tripled Oracle Advanced Customer Services revenue from when he started to the $1.4B services business that it is today. Prior to Gary's role in Advanced Customer Services, he was the Senior Vice President of Global Business Operations Customer Services and responsible for driving strategy, policy, pricing, acquisitions, risk management, strategic resource planning, and day-to-day operational management. The business grew from $8B to $20B in this period. Gary personally managed and led the integration of over 100 acquisitions.

Santiago has been with Arcor for 10 years and actually leads the IT Services Organization that seeks align IT Strategy with the Business Strategy, translating Business needs into IT initiatives. He is also responsible of the Infrastructure that supports the main applications of Arcor Group and was responsible, within several projects, of the Migration Project to Oracle´s OCI. IT Organization in Arcor Supports more than 12000 users, almost 100 sites and several countries operations.

Santiago graduated from Buenos Aires University with a Degree in Information Systems. He completed the Development Executive Program at UTDT after his degree.
