As executive vice president and CTO, Gerri Martin-Flickinger leads the global technology organization at Starbucks. She is the passionate leader behind the technology strategy that plays a critical part in propelling the Starbucks Mission forward—empowering partners and delighting customers, globally.
Upon joining Starbucks in 2015, Gerri led Starbucks Technology through a transformation into a best-in-class retail technology organization. Her globally respected team of technologists develops and enables industry-leading innovations including mobile order and pay, voice ordering, and social gifting. Her leadership helped establish a world-class data and analytics platform, enabling one of the first large-scale machine learning and personalization systems, Deep Brew. She and her team also modernized key business-critical platforms, unlocking iterative innovations at scale such as workforce management, supply chain planning, and store operation improvements. Her Starbucks Technology teams are known for their thought leadership; deep partnership with business teams; inspired use of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, AR/VR, and IoT automation; and well-architected, secure solutions.
Prior to joining Starbucks, Gerri was senior vice president and CIO at Adobe, where she led portions of their technology transformation to a cloud-based, subscription-services business. Before Adobe, she served as CIO of Verisign, MacAfee, and Network Associates and held numerous senior leadership roles at Chevron, where she began her career. Her breadth of experiences equip Gerri with broad technology industry insights and deep cybersecurity experience.
In 2015, the Silicon Valley Business Journal Bay Area named Gerri the Judges’ Choice winner in the Bay Area CIO of the Year awards for her role in Adobe’s successful shift to a cloud services company. She was also identified as a 2015 CIO Leader by HMG Strategy.
Gerri currently sits on the Charles Schwab Board of Directors and serves as a member of Arizona State University’s Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering Advisory Board, Sierra Ventures CIO Advisory Board, and the WSJ CIO Network. Her prior appointments include the Tableau Board of Directors from 2018 to 2019, before its acquisition by Salesforce.

Rich Grandy is vice president of Total Rewards and HR operations for Office Depot, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the ODP Corporation, a leading provider of business services, products, and digital workplace solutions to small, medium, and enterprise businesses. He has been with Office Depot for almost 15 years and has held various progressive HR leadership positions during his tenure. As part of his current role, Rich is responsible for the HR technology strategy for Office Depot, which included the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM in 2018 and 2019.
Tim Regan is chief financial officer of Dropbox and oversees global financial operations and strategy, accounting, corporate development, investor relations, financial planning, and analysis, tax, and real estate.
Prior to his role as CFO, Tim served as Dropbox’s chief accounting officer and played a key role in helping take the company public in 2018. Before joining Dropbox in 2016, Tim held the role of controller at Pandora, where he also helped the company through their IPO.
Tim is a CPA and has an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley and a BS in accounting from Georgetown University.
Sohail Ali is the senior manager of financial planning and analysis systems at lululemon, responsible for overseeing reporting and planning solutions. He has more than 12 years of experience working with Oracle solutions in various industries and has been with lululemon for 7 years.
Patrick D’Addabbo is the director of strategic finance at lululemon and is responsible for driving multiyear strategic and financial planning processes. His more than 12 years of experience across FP&A, strategy, and marketing spans multiple industries. He has been in his current role at lululemon for three years.
Simon Ellis currently leads the Global Supply Chain Strategies practices at IDC Manufacturing Insights. He specializes in advising clients on supply chain digital transformation, network and ecosystem design, supply chain planning, global sourcing, transportation, and logistics. Previously, Simon was the Supply Chain Strategy Director for Unilever North America, and he brings 35 years of experience in manufacturing and working across all major areas of the supply chain.
Kiran Garlapati is a senior director in the IT applications group and a business partner to the supply chain, products, and legal organizations at Juniper Networks. He and his team are responsible for enabling innovative, scalable, and secure solutions for optimal operations of global business functions.
Kiran joined Juniper in 2003. He has more than 20 years of experience in product development, information technology, and software engineering at various technology companies including Centerpoint Technologies and E-Forex. He has held leadership roles across several IT functions and has experience architecting and enabling solutions for end-to-end business processes.
Kiran holds a Master of Science degree in computer science and engineering from Arizona State University.
Mitch Haynes is the senior director of global supply chain planning at Juniper Networks. He and his team are responsible for generating the supply chain demand plan and providing the company with the source of truth about the supply chain’s capability to match expected demand. His team drives a connected set of inventory policies that optimize inventory assets to serve customers at a high service level.
Mitch joined Juniper in February of 2016. He has 20 years of supply chain experience in the technology industry, and has held leadership roles in global supply planning and operations, supplier management, logistics, sales and operations planning, order management, scheduling, and fulfilment. Prior to Juniper, Mitch held leadership roles at Cisco Systems, nLIGHT Photonics, Palm, and LSI Logic. He is based in Portland, Oregon.
Mitch holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in industrial management.
Craig Halterman has been the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of IT for Cohu since 2016. Before joining Cohu, Craig served as the Chief Information Officer / Vice President of Aerojet Rocketdyne, Chief Information Officer / Senior Vice President of Axcelis Technologies and a Director at Honeywell’s, Defense and Space Systems. Prior to those Craig held various information technology positions at The Dow Chemical Co., and General Electric Co. He has over 30 years’ experience in multiple engineering and manufacturing focused industries. Mr. Halterman received an MBA from the University of Indianapolis and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Indiana Central University.
Kumud Kokal is the director of enterprise applications and insights at Stitch Fix, a personal style service transforming the way people find what they love. In his role, Kumud is responsible for ensuring that Stitch Fix’s enterprise applications support the company’s vision and line of business partners in finance, supply chain, engineering, and data science.
Prior to joining Stitch Fix in 2018, Kumud held a number of technology leadership roles at Intuit, Informatica, and Airbnb. Over the course of his twenty-year career, Kumud has developed a deep passion for leveraging analytics to continuously automate, optimize, and innovate business models and processes. His team partners with engineering, product, data science, merchandising, finance, legal, and others at Stitch Fix, and is focused on building new and innovative services to support the company’s ambitious global expansion plans.
Kumud received an undergraduate degree in commerce and accounting from Delhi University in 1991, and a graduate degree in computer science from the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad. He is married with two children and enjoys travel, photography, and a good cup of chai anytime.
David Malfara is a leader in McKinsey’s Customer Experience service line. He advises clients across a broad range of industries on customer experience transformations, helping teams navigate prioritization of customer journeys, segmentation strategies, journey redesign, measurement and metric systems, and front-line engagement strategies.
In addition to serving clients across CX topics, David leads McKinsey’s collaboration with the Disney Institute, an effort built to jointly serve clients on building a more customer-centric culture.
Jorge L. Rodriguez is vice president of finance transformation for McDonald’s Corporation. He joined the company in 2018, bringing more than 25 years of finance, retail, and consumer product goods industry leadership, finance transformation expertise, and executive management experience. Jorge is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Jorge oversees the transformation of processes and financial systems at a global level. His duties entail developing the replacement strategy for the current global financial systems landscape by moving them to cloud solutions and standardizing process across the global finance function. Prior to joining, Jorge was vice president of finance for Latin America and the Caribbean at Bacardi. He also held roles as vice president and controller of the Americas region and previously oversaw the global shared services organization, including record to report, invoice to cash, procure to pay, treasury operations, payroll and continuous improvement. Focusing on strategy, leadership, innovation, and client satisfaction, Jorge believes, "A finance organization should be nimble, innovative, entrepreneurial, and always receptive to a new challenge while helping our externally facing partners move forward.”
Before joining Bacardi, Mr. Rodriguez served as finance transformation leader for Stanley Black & Decker, where his focus on developing a global shared services strategy led to significant service improvement. Prior to that, he spent eight years at Burger King Corporation, where he held a variety of finance roles, ultimately serving as the company’s vice president of global business services and leading a successful effort to improve operational efficiency while strengthening the global finance function.
Based on the Burbank Studio lot, Ruth’s team relaunched Disney Movie Insiders as the Walt Disney Studios fan engagement platform. The program’s goal is to celebrate and reward fans of movies from Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, Marvel Studios, and more.
Ruth became part of The Walt Disney Company in 1995. Prior to joining the CRM team in 2018, she had several vice president roles within the Studio, including leading cinema partnerships, non-theatrical licensing, and finance for domestic theatrical distribution and marketing.
A proud Canadian, Ruth holds an MBA from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario and a BS from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She resides with her husband and three children in the Los Angeles area.
Linda Weber is vice president of corporate systems and supply chain for Kroger Technology, The Kroger Company, based in Cincinnati. She has overall responsibility for software development and application support for the supply chain, manufacturing, and corporate systems.
Linda joined Kroger in 1985 as an intern in the technology team. After graduating from college, she joined the store systems group and spent the early part of her career learning store operations and the front-end, focused on developing systems to automate the store associates’ work. Linda was also an initial member of the key retailing initiative that worked to streamline and standardize the store operational best practices across the enterprise. Linda joined the merchandising systems team in 2013 and drove the category management transformation initiative. Linda moved to her current role in 2018 and is leading the solution modernization efforts in addition to the manufacturing strategy initiative.
Linda earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University. She has been recognized as one of the Top Women in Grocery, and is a former member of the advisory board of the Farmer School of Business at Miami University. In her spare time, Linda loves to explore Kroger stores looking for new ingredients to challenge her skills in the kitchen and working out.
Matt Bradley is the senior vice president of development for enterprise performance management (EPM) at Oracle, responsible for delivering both PaaS- and SaaS-based solutions as well as for deployments based on premises. He is an experienced executive with global hands-on experience running large and small product strategy and engineering teams.
Matt joined Oracle in 2007 as part of Oracle's acquisition of Hyperion. As a vice president of product development at Hyperion, he helped lead the charge in establishing Hyperion as the EPM market leader. Prior to Hyperion, Matt held several development lead positions at medical information companies supporting electronic medical records, casemix analysis, decision support, and related subjects. Matt holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Queens University, Belfast.
As vice president of development, Jennifer Briscoe is responsible for global product development functions related to ensuring customer success with Oracle Cloud Applications. She oversees the outbound arm of Oracle’s SaaS development organization known as the “A-Team”. The team provides best practices around such topics as architecture, design, SaaS extension techniques, integration tactics, and master data management strategies for Oracle’s most strategic cloud application customers.
Jennifer’s charter also includes strategic account and escalation management as well as executive sponsorship for key cloud application accounts. She has nearly 25 years’ experience in software development and technical leadership roles. Prior to Oracle, Jennifer held various management positions ranging from director to vice president to CTO. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics.
Rick Jewell is senior vice president of Oracle Applications development. He has been with Oracle since 1989 and has overall responsibility for Oracle’s supply chain management applications. In addition, Rick’s responsibilities include Oracle's recent acquisitions in supply chain, specifically the transportation management, demand planning, advanced planning and scheduling, and product lifecycle management products.
Prior to Oracle, Rick spent nine years with a large global systems integrator and has also served as CIO for a Bay Area-based medical-device manufacturing company. He’s a graduate of Stanford University, where he received a BA in economics and an MS in industrial engineering.
Chris Leone is senior vice president of development for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud, which includes Oracle Global HR Cloud and Oracle Talent Management Cloud. He is responsible for the strategy, product management, product development, and product go-to-market functions that deliver modern HR in the cloud to global users. In 2014, Chris was named #16 on Business Insider’s “The 39 Most Important People in Cloud Computing” list.
For more than 20 years, Chris has developed enterprise software applications for large and midsize companies. He came to Oracle via its acquisition of PeopleSoft, where he was responsible for the product management activities for the company’s financial and project management and enterprise performance management product lines. Prior to joining PeopleSoft, Chris was vice president of products at Hyperion, where he was responsible for business performance management applications. Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University.
Steve Miranda is executive vice president of Oracle Applications product development. He’s responsible for leading all aspects of product strategy, product development, and product delivery for the entire portfolio of Oracle Applications and related services. Steve’s primary focus is on delivering the industry’s most complete, proven, and innovative set of cloud solutions that encompass enterprise resource planning; supply chain, human capital, and enterprise performance management; customer experience; and Oracle Data Cloud applications.
Steve joined Oracle in 1992 and has held a variety of leadership positions within the development organization. In 2007 he was asked to lead the engineering of Oracle’s next-generation suite of software applications, Oracle Fusion Applications. Under his leadership, Oracle has delivered on its promise to help applications customers innovate and remain competitive while leveraging their existing IT investments and increasing the value of those investments with new Oracle products and services. Prior to Oracle, Steve worked at GE Aerospace. He holds degrees in mathematics and computational sciences from Stanford University. Prior to Oracle, Steve worked at GE Aerospace. He holds degrees in mathematics and computational sciences from Stanford University.
Rondy Ng is Oracle’s senior vice president of ERP Applications Development. He’s responsible for leading all aspects of product strategy, development, and delivery for Oracle’s ERP applications and cloud services. Under Rondy’s leadership, Oracle has developed and delivered the award-winning Oracle ERP Cloud, with rapid adoption by thousands of mid-sized, large, and global organizations. He’s worked closely with C-suite executives and heads of finance, operations, and strategy to reimagine their business processes while taking advantage of the latest technologies in pursuit of new business models and growth.
Rondy’s vision for Oracle ERP Cloud has helped customers implement the latest innovations in artificial intelligence, digital assistants, natural language processing, blockchain, and the Internet of Things to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve internal controls. He joined Oracle in 1990 and has held a variety of product development leadership positions during his career. He holds an MS degree in computer and electrical engineering from Cornell University.
Lisa Joy Rosner is Oracle’s senior vice president of brand and digital marketing. Her team is responsible for the verbal and visual identity of the company, as well as for infusing the voice of the customer across Oracle and its broader ecosystem. Lisa Joy’s teams include customer listening, experience design, communities, brand and advertising, sales enablement, competitive and market intelligence, and executive communications. These groups work with marketing teams across all Oracle product areas to deliver effective messaging and memorable content to customers, prospects, partners, and employees.
A Silicon Valley veteran, Lisa Joy has worked in data and analytics her entire career, across business intelligence, ecommerce, social analytics, martech, security, and autotech. She has been chief marketing officer at Otonomo, Neustar, and NetBase, and vice president of worldwide marketing at MyBuys, BroadVision, and DecisionPoint Applications. Lisa Joy has been a guest lecturer at business schools including the Haas School at the University of California at Berkeley, the Tuck School at Dartmouth College, and at Stanford University. She also holds a US patent for a data visualization. A motivating leader of high-performing teams as well as a passionate public speaker and storyteller, Lisa Joy brings a creative and educational approach to high-tech marketing.
Rob Tarkoff joined Oracle in 2018 to lead Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Cloud product and strategy across marketing, sales, commerce, and service. His goal is to build products that help companies succeed in the Experience Economy.
Rob spent the last 15 years focused on the customer experience, developing products for both large and early-stage companies. Most recently, as president and CEO of Lithium Technologies, he created the leading software in online communities. Prior to that, Rob ran the Digital Enterprise business for Adobe. He holds a BA in political economy from Amherst College and a JD from Harvard Law School.
Nancy Estell Zoder is vice president for Oracle’s HCM Cloud product strategy. Nancy is an experienced HCM professional with more than 22 years implementing, designing, developing, and defining project strategy for human capital management solutions for the global market as well as industry-specific solutions.
Nancy spent more than 10 years implementing HCM solutions in North America, Europe, and Asia in a variety of industries that include healthcare, public sector, automotive, manufacturing, energy, retail, financial services, and higher education, before moving into product development for Peoplesoft and then Oracle Cloud.
