One of Omnis' most popular cloud applications is OmnisKON. This solution supports the management of company events, so it is useful for marketing experts organizing conferences, meetings and other events for clients, partners and employees.
In 2022, the omnisKON application was placed on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure platform. One of the first users of the system in this model is the insulation systems supplier Arsanit, which used the omnisKON application to organize trips to foreign conferences for its customers as part of the TEAM ARSANIT loyalty program.
omnisKON is an application designed in the cloud-first model, which allows to run it in a browser on a PC or mobile devices. The system can be installed in a local data center or in the cloud and made available in a subscription mode. The application is equipped with connectors that allow it to connect with corporate IT systems, and its functional scope can be easily modified and extended - according to its users individual needs.
The application enables activities such as: registration of participants - along with providing the required personal data and the method of financing, two-stage approval of participation in the conference, ability to synchronize data with the corporate CRM, automated correspondence with participants via e-mail and text messages or exporting data from an application to a spreadsheet.
