One of the world’s largest private charity donors connects finance, supply chain, and HR on Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
AMSTERDAM, the Netherlands —December 14, 2022Oracle today announced that Novamedia, founder and operator of the popular Postcode Lottery and the world’s third-largest private charity donor (2021), has selected Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite as part of an International IT modernization initiative for finance, supply and HR-processes.With Oracle Cloud, Novamedia will leverage the latest innovations in automation to standardise business processes, streamline information and drive more efficient decision-making. Furthermore the system will stimulate the exchange of information within the Postcode Lottery Group.
Based in Amsterdam, Novamedia organizes the highly successful mission-driven Postcode Lottery in the Netherlands, Sweden, Great Britain, Germany and Norway, raising funds for charities around the world in support of causes in the fields of human rights, healthcare, climate change, nature conservation, and poverty alleviation, amongst others. Since its founding, the charitable lotteries of Novamedia have raised over 12,5 billion euros for more than 1,000 charities and social projects around the world. As Novamedia continues to expand, it needed an up to date, modern, secure, and scalable cloud-based platform that could connect business processes to improve productivity and collaboration, enhance organizational visibility, and support its growing workforce.
Novamedia will deploy Oracle Fusion Applications for finance, supply chain management, and human resources. The integrated cloud platform will enable the social enterprise to align its HR processes and improve and faster develop the employee and user experience, also towards digital native audience such as GenZ. In doing so, Novamedia expects to innovate its supply chain management and procurement functions and enhance and automate financial processes to increase efficiency and insights. The rollout will also help Novamedia to further reduce its IT carbon footprint through Oracle’s sustainable cloud operations and applications.

Oracle Fusion Applications, including Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM), and Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM) will enable Novamedia to standardize business processes, remove organizational silos, and manage finance, HR, and supply chain data on a single integrated IT platform.
