By implementing Oracle HCM Cloud, we streamlined our business processes in three months, while also reducing costs and increasing our efficiency and productivity.Ramesh Reddy, Head of IT, MAG Property Development
For MAG Property Development, developer of some of the most dazzling residential developments in Dubai, managing its own employees turned out to be complex.
The company's HR department used to manage 500-plus employees with manual, Excel-based processes. Managers couldn't easily see which employees were at work at any given time; employees had to manually request vacation days; and HR and finance had to manually calculate payroll components when running payroll.
MAG turned to Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle ERP Cloud to digitize and automate its main back-office processes. As a result, the company streamlined HR service delivery by reducing manual tasks such as data entry and filing employee documents, substantially cutting approval time across a range of HR processes. In addition, MAG gained clear visibility into time and attendance for each employee by transferring attendance data into payroll processing. Plus, Oracle Cloud ensures business continuity by providing employees with anytime, anywhere access to business-critical applications.
All HR, finance, and operations processes are now paperless. Now that executives have instant access to accurate, up-to-date reports, thanks to a single source of HR data that spans all divisions and departments, workforce planning has significantly improved.
Now that MAG’s processes are automated, data accuracy has improved—and managers have greater confidence in the numbers they’re given.
