Teffani Zadeh is the CIO of Growth Enablement at Aon Corporation, where she has worked for the past 18 years. In her role, Teffani manages the strategic roadmaps and day-to-day operations for the technology supporting Aon’s sales and marketing functions across 4 solution lines. Most recently, Teffani guided Aon through an implementation of Oracle’s Sales Cloud product, moving 11,000 client-facing colleagues from 6 instances of Salesforce to one instance of Sales Cloud. She has focused on leveraging the wealth of data now available in one CRM system to provide leadership with unprecedented insight into marketing impact and sales effectiveness.
Prior to joining Aon, Teffani was a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting where she focused on process redesign, focusing in the CRM space. She started her career at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) as a developer, which has served her well when managing large IT programs.
Teffani received her MBA from the University of Chicago and in her spare time, she can be found either planning or experiencing her next traveling adventure.
