In 2019, WorkForce Software carefully evaluated the potential of moving the development, testing, disaster recovery, and production of its software out of its own data centers and into an Oracle Cloud region. After performing comprehensive tests that indicated considerable performance gains—and after calculating significant future cost savings—WorkForce Software leadership decided to move to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
We saw a financial performance that allowed us just out of the gate to save 30 to 35% in our capex expenditure, and with the great performance we're getting from OCI, the ROI that we deliver with our suite continues to get better and better.

As the Chief Executive Officer, Mike Morini’s leadership style is focused on what he calls the 3C’s: culture, customers and community. Mike is a 30+ year software veteran experienced in growing and scaling enterprise software companies.
Prior to life in software, Mike was a former Buffalo Bills free agent in the NFL and a 3rd round draft choice of the NJ Generals in the USFL - where he learned that recognizing your strengths is just as important as recognizing your weaknesses. While he did not exactly make it into the NFL Hall of Fame or even a regular season play, his successful career as a college and professional athlete really instilled in him the magic of the power of teamwork. As a result, he is a tremendous team player, and believes that teamwork makes the dream work.
With an extensive background building out global cloud-based platforms, Mike has helped shape and guide multiple fast-growth companies in the cloud arena. Before joining WorkForce Software, he held previous CEO, President and COO positions at SAP, Aria Systems, OutlookSoft, InterWorld, and Verbind.
Mike earned a bachelor’s degree at Colgate University and leads with the mantra “Be the CEO of your role”.
Mike splits his time between New York and Marina Del Rey, CA with his wife Constance and their dog Biggie Mo. He also loves to spend every chance he gets with his three grandsons. Mike is passionate about taking care of our veterans and serves as a board member, advocate, and volunteer for Merging Vets and Players.
