Victor Fetter
Victor Fetter Chief Information Officer, Fortive

Victor Fetter is a digital leader with proven success navigating through technology and business disruption. He has more than 25 years of experience using technology to strategically grow and transform global businesses. His experience spans the financial services, manufacturing, high-tech, and professional services sectors.

As Fortive's chief information officer, he is responsible for all aspects of technology for this industrial technology company. As a partner to the portfolio companies, he is developing the platforms of the future and deploying digital capabilities that enable a continued competitive edge.

Victor recently stewarded the digital transformation of Vertiv, a private-equity backed provider of critical infrastructure. Prior to his role at Vertiv, he was CIO at LPL Financial, a leader in the retail financial advice market that services approximately $535 billion in assets, where he developed and executed a private-cloud–based digital strategy. Previously, as CIO of Dell's online division, he led the digital transformation of a $20 billion ecommerce channel.

Victor holds a BS in computer information systems and business administration from Spring Hill College. He currently serves on Oracle's customer advisory board and is a Tricentis growth advisory board member. Victor is also a community advocate and previously served on the board of directors for three nonprofits. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).

David Hovstadius
David Hovstadius Senior Vice President, Finance Operations, Hearst

David Hovstadius is senior vice president of finance operations at Hearst. He is responsible for Hearst’s transactional finance and procurement operations, including enabling technologies. David is focused on continuous process improvement, automation, and operational excellence and is the executive leader for the company’s finance transformation journey to the cloud, having successfully implemented Oracle’s cloud-based ERP and EPM suite of products. David began his career at Accenture in 1992 and has more than 28 years of experience in the communications, media, and high-tech industries, specializing in enterprise transformation programs and operations. He completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Connecticut.

Ray Wang
Ray Wang Founder, Chairman, and Principal Analyst, Constellation Research Inc.

R “Ray” Wang (pronounced WAHNG) is the founder, chairman, and principal analyst of Silicon Valley-based Constellation Research Inc. He cohosts DisrupTV, a weekly enterprise tech and leadership webcast that averages 50,000 views per episode, and authors a business strategy and technology blog that has received millions of page views per month. Ray also serves as a nonresident senior fellow at The Atlantic Council’s GeoTech Center.

Matt Bradley
Matt Bradley Senior Vice President, Product Development, Business Analytics, Oracle

Matt Bradley is currently the senior vice president of product development for business analytics at Oracle, responsible for delivering PaaS- and SaaS-based solutions as well as more traditional, on-premises deployments. He is an experienced executive with global, hands-on experience running large and small teams in product strategy and engineering. Matt joined Oracle in 2007 as part of Oracle’s Hyperion acquisition. As a vice president of product development, Matt helped lead the charge in establishing Hyperion as the market leader within EPM. Prior to joining Hyperion in 2000, Matt held several leadership positions in product development at various medical information companies supporting electronic medical records, case mix analysis, decision support, and related subjects. Matt and his family moved from Ireland to the Bay Area in 1993. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Queens University in Belfast.

Rondy Ng
Rondy Ng Senior Vice President, ERP Applications Development, Oracle

Rondy Ng is senior vice president of ERP applications development at Oracle with responsibility for leading all aspects of product strategy, product development, and product delivery for Oracle’s ERP applications and cloud services.

Under Rondy’s leadership, Oracle developed and delivered the award-winning Oracle ERP Cloud that has been rapidly adopted by thousands of mid-sized, large, and global organizations. He has worked closely with C-suite executives and heads of finance, operations, and strategy to reimagine their business processes while taking advantage of the latest technologies in pursuit of new business models and growth.

Rondy’s vision for Oracle ERP Cloud has helped customers implement the latest innovations in artificial intelligence, digital assistants, natural language processing, blockchain, and the Internet of Things to enhance productivity, reduce costs and improve internal controls. Three years in a row since 2017, Oracle ERP Cloud was named a Leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Cloud Core Financial Management Suites for Midsize, Large, and Global Enterprises and was positioned for the highest ability to execute.

Rondy joined Oracle in 1990 and has held a variety of product development leadership positions within Oracle. He holds a Master of Science degree in computer and electrical engineering from Cornell University.

Peter Russo
Peter Russo Vice President, ERP Product Marketing, Oracle

Peter Russo is the head of ERP product marketing at Oracle. He has more than 20 years of experience in the enterprise application market. As a consultant, he supported software and IT services companies on go-to-market strategies. His tenure as a sales and marketing executive includes nine years at SAP where he was the head of ERP, finance and risk, and supply chain marketing. Peter resides in Austin, Texas.

Maz Songerwala
Maz Songerwala Senior Vice President, Applications Service Excellence, Oracle

Maz Songerwala leads applications service excellence at Oracle and is responsible for customer success, SaaS support, provisioning operations, high-touch support, and on-premises application support globally. His team is responsible for ensuring that customers are successful across their entire journey with Oracle applications, from implementation and go-live through ongoing value realization.

Prior to Oracle, Maz led customer experience at Palo Alto Networks. This strategic function encompassed customer success (helping customers successfully achieve business outcomes by adopting security best practices), online experience (ensuring an exceptional brand experience via self-service, community engagement, and digital portals), and automation (development of tools and analytics to accelerate feature adoption and proactively manage operational performance).

Before Palo Alto Networks, Maz led strategy, operations, and product management for Cisco’s professional services business. Earlier roles at Cisco included leading global services delivery for Global Enterprise Theater customers (Fortune 50) in the manufacturing, retail and logistics, and energy verticals, in addition to several leadership roles in operations, business development, strategy, and service delivery.

Maz holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley. He also holds an MS in computer science from Columbia University in New York City and a BS in computer science with honors from Curtin University of Technology, in Perth, Australia.
