Mark Webster
Mark Webster Senior Vice President and General Manager, Oracle Construction and Engineering

Mark Webster is the senior vice president and general manager of Oracle Construction and Engineering. His 30-year career in the IT industry includes sales and executive leadership roles at NCR, Sun Microsystems, Verizon Communications, Evolve/Primavera, and Verdiem.

Mark works closely with client leadership teams to deploy innovative and transformative business solutions with an emphasis on measurable results. His knowledge of the enterprise project and portfolio management (EPPM) marketplace make him a frequent contributor to industry events.

Roz Buick
Roz Buick Senior Vice President of Product, Strategy, and Development, Oracle Construction and Engineering

Roz Buick is the senior vice president of product, strategy, and development at Oracle Constrction and Engineering and board director of construction and technology companies including Propeller Aero Inc, Utecture and Grupo Protexa.

Roz has 25 years of experience building and leading teams that digitally transform industries by automating and re-engineering customer workflow and information management. She has defined customer-led breakout strategies across software and hardware solutions, delivering and scaling products, services, go to market, distribution, direct sales, OEM partnerships and e-commerce channels. For more than 13 years Roz was responsible for full-function business P&Ls and global teams at Trimble. She consistently builds diverse and engaged teams to execute and step-function growth in market share, revenue and profits. A catalyst for change, a life-long learner, and focused on continuous improvement, Roz reveals early market disruptions and enablers to maximize value capture. Leading with customer intimacy, in-depth industry domain knowledge and critical thinking to transform markets including infrastructure, buildings, real estate, agriculture, environmental and land management.

Trained as a research scientist she taught at Virginia Tech Blacksburg, VA and Lincoln University NZ in decision support software integrating across GIS, databases, simulation models, operations research and artificial intelligence methods to solve complex decision making. She has a Bachelors of Agricultural Science, a Ph.D. in computer simulation modeling and plant physiology (Lincoln University, NZ), and a Leadership Development Executive MBA (Duke University NC).

Burcin Kaplanoglu
Burcin Kaplanoglu Vice President, Oracle Industry Innovation Labs

As vice president and cofounder of Oracle Industry Innovation Labs, Dr. Burcin Kaplanoglu leads innovation for Oracle’s industry-focused global business units. He is a recognized industry technologist, innovator, thought leader, and keynote speaker. Burcin was recognized as a BuiltWorlds 2020 Maverick in the Technologists category and was named one of seven AEC Innovators by @Building Design + Construction magazine. He received Oracle Construction and Engineering’s Let’s Build award in 2020. He was named a Top 20 Under 40 by Engineering News Record (ENR) in 2016. Burcin is also an adjunct professor at Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering.

Karthik Venkatasubramanian
Karthik Venkatasubramanian Vice President, Data Science and Analytics, Oracle Construction and Engineering

As vice president of data science and analytics, Karthik Venkatasubramanian has global responsibility for defining and delivering the data strategy for Oracle Construction and Engineering. In a career spanning 20 years and 4 continents, he has been instrumental in building data and analytics capabilities from the ground up for many organizations across several industries. Karthik has successfully led several large scale digitization and transformation programs across IT, sales, marketing, finance, and operations that have been featured in case studies, patent applications, industry publications, and international conferences.

Frank Weiss
Frank Weiss Senior Director, Product Management, Oracle Construction and Engineering

Based in Berlin, Frank Weiss is a senior director of product management at Oracle, focusing on the global strategy for new products, building information modelling (BIM), and innovation. He is passionate about the digitization of the construction and engineering industry. He is a cofounder of conject.com, which was acquired by Aconex. While at Aconex, he served as vice president for BIM Strategy and Development globally. Today, Frank represents Oracle as strategic advisory council member at buildingSMART International and has led several standardization initiatives including DIN Spec 91391.

Krista Lambert
Krista Lambert Director, Product Marketing, Oracle Construction and Engineering

Krista Lambert is a product marketing director for Oracle Construction and Engineering. Originally a customer of Primavera products, she eventually joined Oracle for a career that has spanned more than two decades—from product implementations around the globe to product and industry strategy. Today, Krista is focused on highlighting how Oracle products provide value and uniquely solve customer challenges.

Brian Wienke
Brian Wienke Director, Product Marketing, Oracle Construction and Engineering

Brian Wienke is a product marketing director for Oracle Construction and Engineering, focusing on the public sector. Brian spent 15 years in product management in the civic-tech space, delivering cloud-based software for community development, regulation, and asset management to state and local agencies around the globe. After moving from the San Francisco Bay Area to Southern California, Brian worked as a group product manager for a large construction project management software company and, more recently, was head of product at a construction-tech start up. Today, Brian focuses on highlighting how Oracle Construction and Engineering products provide unique value and solve the challenges facing public sector customers.

Janet Poses
Janet Poses Director, Product Marketing, Oracle Construction and Engineering

Janet Poses is a product marketing director at Oracle Construction and Engineering. She brings more than 15 years of construction technology experience in roles that include product management, global market development, and customer marketing. Janet is currently leveraging her previous experience in construction management at Intel to help address the challenges facing owners. Janet holds a BA in international business and an MBA in technology management.
