    • What is Oracle Health Summit?

      This two-day global Oracle Health and Life Sciences event will provide opportunities for customers to learn about Oracle product advancements, collaborate with leaders on how to tackle industrywide challenges, and network with their peers.

    • When and where is the event?

      Oracle Health Summit will take place at the Grand Hyatt Nashville on October 29–30, 2024.

    • Who attends Oracle Health Summit?

      This event is for Oracle Health and Life Sciences customers and prospects, including clinical leaders, care providers, payers, C-suite executives, and other key decision-makers.

    • How much does it cost to attend?

      Oracle Health Summit is free. Attendees are responsible for their travel and accommodations.

    • Will there be a chance to network with industry leaders and peers?

      We designed the agenda with networking in mind. There will be several unique opportunities to share ideas, get insights, and ask questions of your peers, our partners, and Oracle Health and Life Sciences executives.

    • What is the dress code for the event?

      The dress code is business casual.

    • What is the difference between Oracle CloudWorld and Oracle Health Summit?

      Oracle CloudWorld attracts tech-focused leaders and managers (CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, CSOs, and others) in all industries, while Oracle Health Summit is designed for clinical leaders, providers, payers, C-suite executives, and other key decision-makers in the health and life sciences sectors.

      Oracle Health Summit will be 100% health focused, while Oracle CloudWorld will have a smaller health presence. It might be beneficial for customers in some roles to attend both events if budgets and travel schedules allow.

    • What is the theme of Oracle Health Summit?

      This year’s theme is The Future of Healthcare.

    • Will customers be able to submit presentation topics for consideration?

      No, there won’t be an official call for presentations for Oracle Health Summit as content preparations are already underway.

    • Will this event be a replica of past Oracle Health Conferences or Cerner Health Conferences?

      No. Oracle Health Summit will be a smaller-scale, reimagined version of those conferences. The Summit will include compelling keynote presentations, curated breakout tracks, select sponsorship showcases, strategic Oracle- and partner-led demos, and a number of networking opportunities.

    • Will continuing education credits be offered for this event?

      Yes, we’re planning to offer continuing education credits for certain sessions. We’ll share more information soon.

    • Could there be a fee for public sector attendees?

      Due to policy, there’s a chance public sector attendees may be asked to pay a fee to attend this event. Additional details and instructions will be provided to public sector attendees after their registration is confirmed.

    • Will the property have Wi-Fi?

      Yes, Wi-Fi will be available for you to use during the event.

    • Will meals be provided?

      Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided throughout the day.

    • How do I cancel if I can’t attend?

      Follow the cancellation instructions included in the confirmation and reminder emails.

    • Are partners invited to attend this event?

      Due to limited capacity at this event, only sponsoring partners will be allowed to attend. Because sponsorship opportunities are extremely limited, they are by invitation only. The event is designed for our current and prospective customers, so we will be prioritizing their attendance. Therefore, partners or third parties who are not sponsoring will not be allowed to attend. Please note, this does not preclude partners from participating at future events.

    • How and when do I register?

      You can register today.

    • Will my registration request be approved automatically?

      After you complete the registration process, you’ll automatically enter a pending status until our team reviews your request. Please remember that registration is limited to Oracle Health and Life Sciences customers and prospects, clinical leaders, providers, payers, C-suite executives, and key decision-makers. Once your request has been reviewed by our team, you’ll receive confirmation of your registration status.

    • My registration is still pending. What should I do?

      Our team is reviewing your registration and will confirm your attendance shortly.

    • Do I need to bring my registration confirmation to the event?

      The confirmation email isn’t required for event entrance. You’ll need a government-issued photo ID when checking in onsite.

    • Is there a deadline for registration?

      The deadline is Thursday, October 24, 2024, unless the event reaches capacity at an earlier date. Space is limited, so we recommend registering as soon as possible.

    • Where can I find venue and travel information?

      You can access venue and travel information in the attendee portal after you’ve registered for the event.

    • What is the closest airport?

      The Nashville International Airport (BNA) is located at 1 Terminal Drive, Nashville, TN 37214.

Badges and event access

    • How do I get my badge and/or event tickets?

      Pick them up upon entry to the event.

    • What if I lose my badge or ticket?

      Visit the registration desk to obtain a replacement. Badges may not be shared and must be worn at all times.

    • Can someone else attend in my place if I’m unable to attend at the last minute?

      We won’t be able to transfer a registration confirmation to someone else’s name onsite. If you’re unable to attend, please follow the cancellation instructions included in the confirmation and reminder emails.

    • Are badges required to gain access to sessions and events?

      Yes, you must wear your badge at all times.

    • Where can I find more information on the speakers?

      We’ll share speaker and session information soon.
