Pegipegi, one of the largest online travel agents (OTA) in Indonesia, has selected Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to help streamline its business processes and improve integration between its online ticketing platform and finance operations. This deployment can help integrate all business applications, including its procurement and non-travel booking-related financial software, to modernise business operations and drive a competitive edge.
Founded in 2012, Pegipegi connects more than 25,000 flight routes and hotel options and more than 2,800 train routes on an online ticketing and booking platform via the company’s website and mobile application. Due to a traditional financial system that relied on manual input, Pegipegi’s finance team has been facing challenges to provide financial data for reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
As the Indonesian travel industry continues to gradually reopen, Pegipegi needs modern cloud software that provides a unified platform for its online operations and financial data. After thoroughly reviewing several cloud ERP offerings from various vendors, Pegipegi chose Oracle Cloud ERP, including Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.
