Next Technik Support

Starting June 3, 2024, support for the Next Technik product will transition to NetSuite SuiteAnswers and NetSuite Account Center, Oracle NetSuite’s mobile accessible, web support portal, to easily create, track, and update support cases for NetSuite Field Service Management (formerly known as Next Service Field Service Management).

The same support team who supported Next Technik’s product continues to do so today. You should continue to use the same support channels you have been using until June 3, 2024, whether that is via Next Technik’s Customer Support Portal, email, or phone. Support website links, email address, and phone numbers remain the same.

As we progress through the integration of Next Technik Support we will continue to provide advance notice to you about any changes.
