The nonprofit healthcare provider had grown through acquisitions, resulting in 14 ERP systems and fragmented, complex processes. It wanted to simplify operations, standardize processes, and, once that foundation is in place, take advantage of advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), and robotics.
